I was going out of the country for two weeks and was very worried about who could watch my three cats because I have a hard time trusting anyone. I decided to put my trust in the staff at Chats de Thé because I knew one of the owners (Tiffany) already had background experience in cat-sitting, and I was not disappointed.

The staff was very sweet, accommodating and Tiffany answered any concerns I had before I even booked my cats' stay. They provided documents and guidelines so I had everything prepared beforehand to ensure my cats and the other guests would be in a safe, healthy and comfortable environment. One of my cats also has a tendency to eat too fast and puke her food, so we feed the cats multiple small meals a day and the staff were very understanding and accommodating to keep up with the same schedule, which I greatly appreciated!

The hotel itself is so cute and fun! The individual rooms for the cats are cozy and tall, perfect for cats to chill in while being able to jump on the shelves and stretch their legs. And when the cats are brave enough, they are let out of their rooms and allowed to explore the entire hotel, giving them plenty of space.

Communication was really great as well. I had access to a camera to check in on my cats while I was away and the staff provided text updates daily so I knew my cats were in good hands. I was never worried the entire two weeks I was gone. They took care of my cats so well that one of my cats was meowing and crying after I took him home because he missed Tiffany already.

As a cat owner who is very clingy with my cats, I strongly recommend leaving your cats in the care of Chats de Thé when you need to go out of town. Your cats will be in safe hands so you can travel with a peace of mind.

Incredible. Our five kitties are staying there now. We all worry when we go away that our kids will be suffer for our absence. Leaving your cats with Chats de Thé is more akin to leaving your babies with loving cat sitters who genuinely enjoy your kitties and treat them like their own. My cats are enjoying the space and the big window, relaxing in the sun.

As an aside, they take and share the best portraits that our kids have ever had. We could not be happier or more relieved at leaving our babies with Chats de Thé!

I'd been looking for a reliable yet aesthetic/luxury cat boarding service for months to no avail. It wasn't until a friend told me about Chats de The that I finally found a trustworthy, GORGEOUS, home away from home experience for my previous orange cat, Mango!

I'd never seen photos of Mango so playful and animated while we were away on vacation than when he was a guest at Chats de The!! Not only did he get quality play time and plenty of love from Tiffany and Chance, but he was well cared for health-wise, which was very important to us. He has a very special diet and schedule, and the hotel's staff ensured that every single need was met. Oh and our favorite part was that he had his own room, complete with a beautiful plush/soft couch (perfect for making biscuits), private and hidden litter box, vertical cat tree, and toys!

Not to mention the pleasant aesthetic that you experience once you walk in. The second you are inside, you feel like you've been transported to some sort of calm, serene oasis. The green backdrop and red carpet ambiance elevate the experience, and make you feel like you're dropping your kitty off at a five star hotel rather than a run of the mill sitter. Chats de The truly treated Mango like royalty, and because of this, we were able to go on a long vacation with peace of mind.

Do yourself (and your fur babies) a favor and take them to Chats de The. It's the Beverly Hills Hotel of cat hotels!

Awesome place for your pet to stay a couple days or more! Very attentive staff for all your cat needs. They will take good care of your pet for sure! I left my cat Nero for a weekend , while I been traveling and extremely satisfied with the service! He was surrounded with attention and care all the time! On top of that you always can check on your cat via camera , which installed in the each room and you can talk through it too. Highly recommend this place !

I recently dropped my cat off at Chats de The for a 5 night stay while I was out of town. I’ve always been hesitant with other cat hotels but I took my cat here ahead of time to see what she thought- she immediately felt at home. On top of that, I brought her in as a last min request and the team was super accommodating.

Chats de The has aesthetic PRIVATE suites with a soft plush couch and a small cat tv for entertainment. I was able to keep tabs on my cat through the webcam in the room.

While we did an overnight stay I learned there is also daycare services available which is great for those who are away from home all day. When I picked her up she was very relaxed and it was clear she had bonded with the staff.

We snapped some cute pics at the selfie wall before leaving. Overall we both had a great experience and I will be bringing my cat back soon!

I had my cat stay for nine days and found him calm and happy when I returned. I received constant updates while I was away, received photos, and even a video! Excellent service all around!

Such an amazing place! I stumbled upon it and had to check it out. I ended up leaving my kitten there for about a week and it was the best experience ever. He was actually sad to come home! I was able to see him live via a webcam the whole time and I got regular updates about how he was doing. I would def rec this place to anyone!! The staff are also super nice 🙂

This place is amazing! Absolute cat whisperers! For years I’ve been cautious of pet hotels because my cat is a bit of a scardy cat around strangers. However I am out of my home state for the summer and wanted to make sure he was well-taken care of during a week trip since we’re not home. They are very patient, each cat has their own suite and they get individual time to roam around inside during the day. Plus you can see your cat on camera 24/7 and they send cute updates with adorable photos! I wish Chats de The was in my home town! They are absolutely amazing.
