We just adopted our boy, Dexter, today. He's just such a perfect fit!! It took some time to go through the process but it's very well worth it! The foster mom, Kaylee, was just so amazing at communicating with us during the process. And the rest of the team we met and spoke with were all just amazing and big animal lovers. They make sure the dog is going to a good home and you get a dog suited for your family. I'm so beyond pleased with the service we received. The adoption comes with many perks!
We love Dexter! And we're so excited for the future with him❤️

I appreciate how thorough they are in making sure their pets go to great homes. I adopted Helene today (I believe I will be calling her Honey). Everyone is amazing. The thorough process they require for adopting, although it can seem a bit too much, actually makes me feel relieved and confident that the animals they adopt out, are actually given to safe and caring homes.
Our newly adopted puppy, once known as Teller, now Harley, is just the sweetest little boy.
I love that the adoption fees also include vaccines, neutering and his microchip.
Very pleased with the Rescue Garage. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My family and I ordered the General Tso's, Sesame Chicken, Fried Wontons, Chicken Lo Mein, House Fried Rice and Vegetable Fried Rice. ALl of which were delicious! Emphasis on the ALL! The portions are large enough to squander your taste for Chinese food in the moment and the next day. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfect. They told us the delivery would be 45 min and it came in 20 min. We order from them often but my family and I always say after eating their food, that we should order from them more often. Our order is ALWAYS right and they have always been quick. You won't be disappointed!

This place is an excellent source for a rescue. Their screening process is so thorough. They genuinely care for their pets. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll help you find it. This is Radar. I've only had him for a couple of months. He's enjoying life now. Loves car rides, wrestling, hugs, belly rubs, play times, and yes, even Santa, who got a kiss.

If I were a homeless dog (or cat) I would pray to end up at Rescue Garage. They would place me in a comfortable and loving foster home where I could start learning the things I need to know, get me all the shots (ow!) and medical care I required and then carefully screen all applicants for a permanent home. Only after checking all the references would they match that home specially to me so I could have a happy ever after home. They would also take care of getting me "fixed" and stay in touch with my new "pawrents" after the adoption because they cared whether I was doing well. Finally, they would offer me and my family free training classes to make sure I was a well behaved family member. Rescue Garage cares about the animals first, but the families that adopt are a close second. My Rescue Garage baby Raven is glad that we found her there, and we are blessed to have her.

What a wonderful rescue here in North Port. The adoption process was very smooth, I appreciate and respect the thoroughness of the application process. They made sure that everything was ready at my home for my forever baby.

When I picked her up they also thought of everything a new pet parent would need, they gave us her food, a harness and leash and a few other goodies.
