Finally, I found a place where I can get what I need for:my 2 daschound & kitty. They have an incredible selection. Brought my 2 daschounds for grooming last Thursday. Kim was excellent as their groomer. Cashing out is always nice. I always have the best service there! A joy to visit!

My co workers recommended this place and I wish I would have gone in sooner! My boy is turning 2 in 2 days and he is a XL breed and a power chewer, he is also a special needs due to some medical issues. Its been so hard finding him treats and toys. The staff was able to help me fine a chew toy for him and human grade organic treats for his sensitive digestive tract. They even threw in a free b-day treat for my Sobek. Absolutely amazing store and staff. Thank you so much!

It's always refreshing to find a place with outstanding customer service and they offer a wide variety of products.

We recently lost one of our fur babies and his buddy of 12 years took it as hard as us. He became depressed and wouldn't eat. The staff at Chow Down are remarkable and so caring. Thanks to their help he is eating again. Can't say enough for their compassion for animals and owners. Thank you Chow Down in Montrose for being their with caring employees that go the extra mile for our fur babies and owners.

I have been going to Chow Down since it came to Evergreen many moons ago. I have been to every Chow Down in the state. Montrose is the very best. Krista, the owner, is beyond amazing. She hires the best dog lovers. I can't say enough how appreciative I am for KJ's wonderful greeting on my first time in Chow Down Montrose. I will never forget. Kudos to Krista, KJ, Hansen, Nicole, Rachel, Sara, and Kim. PS I am sure my dog, Shawnee, lived to 15 years old because of the excellent food at Chow Down and the kindness from the conscientious, caring, and community-oriented place. It's the heartbeat of Montrose.

Looking for quality harnesses for two small dogs—other stores no find. Annette at the Montrose store found perfect fits and ordered a leash that came in next day. Great service, large selection. No more big chain stores for us.
