I've had the pleasure of boarding my horses at Christina Dora Equestrian for the last 10 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. She truly cares about them as if they were her own.

The family atmosphere is remarkable, creating a sense of community among boarders.

The location is a dream for trail riding enthusiasts! Conveniently near diverse trails and attractions such as Goldfield Ghost Town, Prospector Park, P&M arena, Apache Junction Rodeo grounds, miles and miles of state trust land, all within riding distance! I'm so thankful I have Julie and Rick to take care of my boys ❤

I’ve been boarding here for a while and the owners are great. They are very kind people who take care of your horse the same way they would their own. I am a full time college student with two young kids and they take the best care of my mare. To know for certainty that you can trust people with a member of your family and their needs are being met in your absence is priceless. Id recommend them to anyone. So grateful. ?

I have boarded my mare here since 2005. I couldn't ask for better care for our 19+yr old senior! The amenities are wonderful- arena, round pen, dressage arena, and minutes away from trails. The owners are knowledgeable, aware of any changes in the horses' behavior, and always have our horses best interest in mind. We always say that we'd pay "patio fee" to sit and enjoy this desert Oasis, even if we didn't have a horse!

We were long-term boarders at Christina Dora Equestrian. Without a doubt, it is the best-run, cleanest, and most caring stable where we’ve ever boarded our horses. Both Julie and her husband are knowledgeable, helpful and encourage congeniality across their clientele. Many owners ride their horses together and there are functions during the year that get boarders together for social time, sometimes planned and other times spontaneous. Julie is always willing to listen, confer and support. She has established a friendly and safe environment.

If we traveled without our horses, we always were confident that our horses were well attended. Rules at the stable all make sense for the safety and health of riders and their horses.

The background of the owners is varied and extensive, enabling them to make knowledgeable decisions regarding the health and safety of not only the horses, but the horse owners as well. Julie’s background as an EMT and the long-term experience for both of them as firefighters, from which they retired, only adds to their ability to assist and make knowledgeable decisions. Their friendliness toward us and many others has continued and grown even though we no longer have horses.

We cannot stress enough the confidence we have in Julie, Rick and Christina Dora Equestrian.

My 23 year old horse Chance He’s been has been at CDE since 2018. He is well taken care of by Julie and Rick. They are very experienced horse owners with practical and medical knowledge. His stall is cleaned twice a day. The manure is placed in a dumpster and hauled off the property twice in the summer and three times in the winter. The stalks have automatic waters and a separate bucket that are cleaned often. Last year we had the option of having a fan in our stall. This was a blessing in Arizona’s hot summers. Chance is turned out almost daily with his compatible Equine friends in a huge arena.

In addition to the above, the overall atmosphere is very safe and attractive. You “want“ to stay there longer. You can watch the horses in the arena or just sit around and visit with friends.

I have had horses for over 40 years and it doesn’t get any better than this. All

I boarded with Julie at Christina Dora Equestrian for a few Winters.....I have to say everyone I've met there has become my extended family, and I visit often when in the AZ area. I've never had anyone else take care of my horse and Julie was a great communicator if she saw anything a little off, which I totally appreciated. Yes, there are rules and policies, they are there to help with horse care and the safety of the clients .....I wouldn't hesitate one second to refer someone to her amazing facility and "barn family"!!!

I've had my horse at Christina Dora for 18 months now and he couldn't be happier there. His stall is spacious and clean, the property well kept, and the owners responsive and helpful. My horse has become noticeably calmer since moving here and has found his new herd.

Christina Dora Equestrian Boarding is by far the best boarding facility I have ever come across and I am SO happy I chose to bring my horse there. For starters, the property is well kept. The facilities are exceptionally clean and the stalls are very spacious. They have a huge arena for turnouts and many other amenities. They are extremely consistent with feedings, which is an issue I've experienced at other places. Their prices are more than fair. But most importantly, the owners truly care. They care about each and every horse and they show it through the level of care and dedication they give to the horses. They are knowledgeable and experienced and I deeply appreciate everything they do for the horses there.
I highly recommend this place.
