Took my father to see a movie and went present my QR code with my tickets and my phone froze up. I was going to pay for tickets again with card and cashier and manager kindly allowed us to go on in after I showed them the seats I had purchased without paying twice. That was very nice of them and greatly appreciated even though I couldn’t show proof of purchase. Just wanted to say thank you again.

Boy times are changing. Used to, you can go up to a person and get your movie tickets but now it is a kiosk where you choose the movie you want to watch, the time you want to watch it and even reserve your own seats. The scream is very big and easy to use but just make sure that you have some money on a debit card because it doesn't accept cash. Love the way the seats are super cozy and can recline back and even rock if.you want too. All in all a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back.

Great place to watch a movie.
Really nice place. The staff are extremely nice and polite. Movie theater is clean in the movie rooms and they also have very clean bathrooms that are located back by the movie rooms and right before you exit the building on your left.
I love going here and watching movies.

Saw the new Alien movie last night (great movie). Very clean movie theatre. Bathrooms, lobby, seats were all clean and comfortable. Good selection of snacks and any candy you could think of. I’ve been going to this theatre for about 2-3 years now, sometimes once a week or every other week. Very friendly staff and management. A few of them even ask my name and ask about my day and remember me when I come in. A lot of the best movies I’ve ever seen have been at this theatre, 100/10 experience every time.

I ordered a pickup for 5:35 PM, but when I arrived, my order wasn't ready. After waiting for 5 minutes, I asked two different workers about my order. One told me to talk to another worker, so I went to the manager. The manager directed me to the popcorn people, who then told me my order was at the grab-and-go place. After another 5 minutes of waiting (a total of 10 minutes), I was getting really upset because no one could help me figure out where my order was. It felt like I was going in circles, talking to different people, which drove me nuts.

Finally, I spoke to the popcorn people again, and they said my order was actually ready. They handed me my order, but the popcorn was cold. I paid $150 for everything since my whole family was there, so there was no way I was going to eat cold popcorn for that price. I asked them to exchange it for warm popcorn, which they did, and they offered me a free candy as well.

While the workers and staff were nice, they weren't helpful. They need to work on better communication and actually assisting customers. I appreciate the free candy, but I feel like I deserved a bit more for the hassle I went through.

Very cramped everywhere but the actual theaters. Theaters are nice but the seats are unsteady and hard to get up off of or comfortable. Staff was kinda gruff too, not polite or friendly. Won't be making the drive back.

People working there were friendly. Seats comfortable. Popcorn was fresh. Fountain drinks not watered down like some other places.

Felt itch my in the theater had to fight for refund over some dumb movie . Wasn’t go to send a bad review but I’m kinda itchy at home so they def don’t clean the seats
