My folks met at a dance in the IOOF ballroom in 1952.

We recently had a reception in the same location following their joint graveside service. It was a great tribute to their many years together that we could have their reception in the same place as where they met.

The building renovation looks great. The ballroom in beautiful and the theater downstairs also looks great. The staff and volunteers are proud of the building and are AMAZING to work with.

So, simply put, this place is AMAZING. The renovations are mindblowing, and I literally can't wait to have my wedding here! Their rates are better than anyone else's, but they also include more perks! I honestly can't understand why they aren't literally fully booked up. I hope it remains the perfect lil hidden gem it is until after our wedding - then we'll make sure everyone knows just how incredible of a venue the CCC truly is! Btw, the volunteers (Debbie and Elsa) are two of the sweetest, most helpful people on the whole planet! I just adore them. 🥰

This historic building is absolutely beautiful! I visited the 1st time for the Raymond Carver Writing Festival, and it was amazing! The building has been well kept and is a true relic of its time. I look forward to any future events held here.

Amazing place. A diamond in the rough for sure, it is absolutely worth the drive out to Clatskanie. The theater was absolutely amazing the ballroom is gorgeous, great accommodations for vendors. I love that they had elevator so it was easy access, I love that they had bride and groom Suites to get ready in. I was pleasantly surprised when we got there really is an amazing venue, I wish more people knew about it. Again I can't say enough how much it's worth the drive out there!
