One of the most corrupt un-justice court systems in Georgia. Everybody sleeps together and nobody will give a honest non-guilty person there due process and constitutional rights and amendments. The judges are absolutely ignorant of the charges and do not pair to protect a honest tax paying citizen it's all about money remember money nothing is fair in Cobb County courts.

Miss veronica, the witness advocate for the DA's office was very courteous and knowledgeable and actually took time to sit down and speak with us before we went into the courtroom. After dating a guy on PAROLE for 2 years, he broke my collarbone, showed up to his court hearing for this incident FAILING A DRUG TEST, and made me fear for my life. Cobb DA offered him a plea deal..... 3 years probation (after this incident happened while he was on PAROLE) and a 3k fine. My surgury ALONE was over 15k and I am in pain every single day. Justice was not served. So, if are a felon and feel like hurting women without a record, I recommend doing it in Cobb county. Thank you for ruining my life.

I just want to say that the DA is doing an incredible job. I believe Ross is guility as sin.

But the DA's non-stop coughing is very distracting and being poorly managed. He coughed all over the Det when he was close to him during direct. He needs something to stop the coughing as it is very annoying and distracting.

Who ever answered the phone is so unhelpful called to speak with an attorney got transferred to a voice mail, when I called back and asked if she's out for the day I got an "I dont know" and a long pause. SO UNHELPFUL!!!! Cobb County has got to do better with who they let answer their phones.

Unlike some other courthouses it has lots of free parking. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the Marietta square
