I went here looking for a kitten and found the most gorgeous and sweet lil girl. The staff tried to push me to buy two, but I live in an apartment complex and was only approved for one. They weren't too thrilled but thank goodness they let me adopt her still. She is so happy at her new home and adjusting well. She is 8 weeks old and spayed already (kind of young if you ask me). The staff were very kind. Overall great experience!

Gave me a cat with ringworm. Got my other cat ringworm and I have been fighting this stupid infection for months. Multiple vet visits. This place is an absolute mess. I’m having to give my older cat a oral medicine that is hard on their livers because this place can’t evaluate cats and can’t diagnose problems either, I took the kitten back a week later for them to tell me it’s just ear mites. They need better vets. Do better. I will never support or adopt at this location ever again.

The attention of Mrs. Santos, I hope that is her last name, I don't know it very well, she is a lovely person, very kind, respectful and sweet, she is at the reception, I wish everyone was like that, because the other person, I don't know her name, is very rude when speaking and raises her voice, I hope she sees the example of her colleague and changes for the better and is kinder and more grateful for a new day and is more respectful with the people she serves, photo of the cat that was adopted

Great experience I adopted Casey she is a female cat most amazing they made it go well even when I was having anxiety they understood and was very nice and friendly and my cat was free because of a promotion that’s amazing I had such a good time I’d even work for them if possible love love love this shelter keep up the great amazing work
