First Class facility for any small performance. My daughter had her ballet performance there and it was a great layout for seeing the stage from any seat in the house. The theater is conveniently located in downtown Hammond and not very hard to get to. You do have to plan a little in advance for parking because street parking is the only option around. The only reason why I give the place 4 starts instead of 5 is because they did not have any concessions. Concessions would have been nice during a two and a half hour performance.

I had the opportunity to join friends at Columbia Theatre for the Clue play. The theatre is truly an asset to downtown Hammond. The size of the theatre ensures that there are no bad seats. The facility is always clean and staff is always courteous. I look forward to seeing the Nutcracker Ballet in December.

My daughter was in a school play! I loved it not only because my kid was in it. The atmosphere is amazing! I grew up in New Orleans where performing arts are everywhere! This has inspired my daughter to put herself out there again so I look forward to next years! I want to thank all for being involved. You are giving these kids an experience that will be with them forever!

Service was fantastic, show was amazing, and all this culture and fun right in the heart of Hammond. Nostalgia and just a great night well spent. You don't have to go to New York to see great plays or performances. Have a glass of wine and just enjoy the show at the Columbia.

The theater does not have easy access for the handicapped to get to and from their seats. Otherwise it’s a nice venue.
