We, New Salem Baptist Church Marianna FL, love going as a group to as many of their shows as possible, but especially their Christmas shows. That's Swamp Gravy Christmas 2024. They are always amazing and full of love, laughter, and even some heartfelt tearful moments and memories. No doubt, you'll love it.

This is our fourth visit to a play, and it won't be our last. This town puts all of their heart and soul in to these plays and it shows. Amazing performance. Each performance is based on stories around town. Things that have happen over the last 100+ years. The stories can be gripping, funny and tragic, but it is their stories and they are worth hearing.

Strongly suggest that if you are traveling fromm out of town to see one of these plays to arrive early in the day so that you can look around at the amazing wall murals that are painted all over town. The paintings are impressive.

A quirky theater in an old cotton warehouse, which adds to the interest. We saw Swamp Gravy Nothing But A Will, which was incredible. A very large talented cast tells about the local fire department, and their stories. Very enjoyable.

A great theatre experience. The performers and locals are very friendly and kind. The facility is large, there is no bad seat in this venue. A fairly priced concession stand, a gift shop, and a local museum all housed under on delightfully decorated roof. It is a must see and the actors/staff will treat you like family.

Swamp Gravy is a must for Georgia Theater goers; get the t-shirt! The Cotton Hall Theater is a great venue with the stage in the center so all seats are good. Colquitt is a little sparse for lodging and restaurants, but Bainbridge is a short drive.

They have the best shows. The playwright does a fantastic show every year. You have to go and see Swamp Gravy. It's true stories that have happened in the past in the surrounding areas. People from all over come just for this show because it is that good. Take it from me, you will not be disappointed.
