If i could give it zero stars i would. I would first like to state i had prior authorization for paying around the first of February. Because you have 120 days before it goes into collections. They continued to blow up my email telling me that i had a unpaid balance when i repeatedly told them when i would be paying and that it was agreed upon prior to the visit they also kept mentioning disposing my dogs ashes throughout the emails. When i went in this morning they didn’t greet me they were more so ignoring me answering 3+ calls before helping me. Hen process to be very rude and having a attitude about me paying the bill and picking up my dogs ash's they also were supposed to including a paw print and failed to do so when I repeatedly requested and stated i want one at the visit. Im very disappointed in how this vet treats owners and their pets.

Dr. Travis Freiwald has always treated our two dogs amazingly, this last year he caught OCD in our younger dog’s shoulder which can be hard to diagnose.

Dr. Ramsey Pedersen is new to the team but wow is she an amazing addition! She was on call as the emergency ER vet and did an outstanding job taking care of our older dog who had severe vomiting and diarrhea. She was constantly attentive, seeking regular updates, always available for questions, and a wonderful communicator. She knows her stuff! She explored every possible avenue for treatment and we were able to exhaust all of our diagnostic testing possible to rule out any major complications. Her pharmacological veterinary knowledge was clearly on display and she is an amazing communicator. Thank you all for what you do for your patients and the furry family members that we love in the community!

I was so impressed with our time at Cottonwood Veterinary! We live out of town but were in the area for some family time at a nearby lake cabin. Our dog had an injury on a Saturday while we were there and I called to see if they could help. They welcomed us warmly, despite not being a patient, and treated us with the utmost care and kindness. I was incredibly touched by their generosity and care!
