This place is amazing! I love attending concerts here. This Amphitheater has a unique design where visibility to the stage is great. Every seat in the venue is a great seat. Besides the venue, the staff is a class ACT. There are two people in general that have outstanding customer service skills. The caterer, Vicky is amazing. Her food is the best food I ever had at any venue. Her customer service skills and food is impeccable and unmatched! As an artist, she is the best caterer I've ever dealt with. She prepares her food with love and care. She makes sure that she "caters" to everyone needs to the highest level of satisfaction. Vicky's catering company is one of the reasons why we as artists are able to perform well on stage. She is the catalyst to our evening having with great energy, outstanding professionalism and delicious food!

The other staff member I would like to acknowledge is the police officer, Margo! She is the kindest and most professional police officer I ever met. She makes sure the concert goers are safe and comfortable. I can tell she takes pride in her job. One of my crew member's car would not start and she reacted quickly to make sure the problem was resolved. Because of Margo's assistance, she made my crew member feel much better. Because of Margo's work ethic, she makes coming to the Country Club Hills Amphitheater a very enjoyable, comfortable and an extremely safe environment and experience. We need more police officers like her protecting us and providing extraordinary customer service to the public. If anyone has any issues that need to be resolved at this venue Margo the wonderful police officer will definitely be the one to do that for you.

Had never gotten the opportunity to go until this time. I really enjoyed the entertainment and layout. Had dinner prior to arrival. However when i arrived, was shocked to see all the food vendors set up and ready to serve. Had a complete ball and can't wait for the next concert. Really makes you love a nice summer outdoors. You've got to go!

The Stokley and Leela James concert was amazing! The theater had a great stage and the seating arrangement was perfect. There were great parking options pointed out by the security and police securing the area. I truly enjoyed this event and it was my first time at this location. I will definitely go back to some other event at this theater.

Did not like section 105. It is a walkway and too much foot traffic. Also, section row 105 is not elevated enough over the row in front so you are literally fighting to look around the heads and hats of others to get a view of the performance on stage.

Venue should not keep guests waiting g for 2 hours in the hot sun, with limited seating. Food trucks good-EXCEPT bbq one-very ghetto, food not good or warm. Concert sound horrible, loud & distorted. Used to love an outing to this venue.. not so much now.
