This clinic is amazing. All the employees were very respectful and so sympathetic to the emergency issue with our Lil T-Cup. We were referred to them by the vet hospital in Springfield do to such an expensive cost for emergency surgical procedures needed. Low cost to high for us estimated was between mid 5000$ to upper 7000$'s. They are a clinic but take emergency cases (surgical needs). Got in the next morning. Picked up our Lil fur baby at end of same day. They were also so affordable. Like a 2/3 cheaper ($1879)... a big difference which made it possible to help our furbaby with the emergency hysterectomy our Lil T-Cup needed . They were very sensative and caring to us and the situation. Took very good care of our lil one, and overheard they had 9 emergency procedures that day on top of regular schedule appointments. A bunch of superheroes there for sure. Very thankful for the recommendation. Will be establishing regular care with them for our furbabies. Would recommend them to anyone.

And a heads up to all this is a small clinic in a lovely small town of Junction City, so having some patience and understanding is needed especially with the demand they have because they are good at what they do, kind, respectful and affordable for us furbaby parents. Blessings All.

I have been going to Countryside for years! I absolutely recommend this team. The customer service is stellar, every time! They understand pets and people and that alone makes them superheroes in my eyes. I would not take my pets (aka fur babies) anywhere else.

Staff is great! Still trying to figure out what is wrong with my cat. Went in to find out the problem and found other issue's I didn't know she had. We scheduled surgery and hopefully she will recover fast. They give you a breakdown of all prices so you don't get stuck with surprise charges. I am grateful for their service!

The most rude and condescending vet I have ever experienced. I had brought a litter of puppies here to have a health exam before going to their new homes. The vet treated me like I was a criminal and told me the puppies were in horrible health and malnourished. I explained that their breed is very lean and that they are healthy, but she had me order stool samples (which all came back clear). I left the office in tears. I called another vet in Eugene to get a second opinion and they were baffled at the comments Countryside had made and told me the puppies were in perfect health and did not need any changes to the plan I had them on. Whenever I am asked about a vet, I make sure to tell people to stay away from Countryside.

This is a great veterinary clinic. Dr. Cox is a wonderful vet. She has the ability to explain her diagnosis clearly, without being condescending. She has changed my dog's life for the better. Her staff is the best. Very friendly and professional. We are very lucky to have this clinic in our town.

Awesome vet! I took my dog there for her annual check up because a friend said that they take their dog there and they love it. I am so happy that they reccomend them! This is 100% the best vet I have ever been to! Everyone was very polite, not pushy, or trying to over sell their products to you. I left knowing that that's where I will be taking my pets from now on for sure!
