I can not express how happy I am with the experience I had at this awesome place. My baby is 10 and has never had a professional haircut before he is a golden retriever. That lives on a farm and doesnt even like a leach. They were very good with him. He turned out beautiful and smells great. Hopefully we can keep those cuckelborrows out of his hair this year. Thank you very much.

My sweet baby Georgia has been going to this place since she was born---she is now 13 years old. She can be kind of feisty especially when she has to be put in a cage. She screams--to the point you would think she is being hurt but noooo that is just Georgia. I have a feeling most groomers wouldn't accept my crazy baby but they do. When she went blind I let the staff know and they were so sweet and caring and just made me feel better when I would drop her off. Critter Connections staff is amazing with her and I couldn't be happier. I will be a life time customer.

We took our sweet Ellie and they did fabulous! This was her 1st groomer visit and she loved them all! They were so sweet and it took nothing more than an hour & a half! Critter Connection will forever have our business for our Ellie!

Water in ears of pet when groomed; ear infections 5 days later. Time before, his fur was cut too close to his eye, causing swelling in his eye from him scratching over discomfort. Can't continue their service as grooming & vet bills are expensive.

Had to find a new groomer. Critter Connection came highly recommended through a community site on social media. Got an appointment within 3 days. She looked very pretty. I can tell they treated Gracie well. She was not anxious at scared when I picked her up. It’s only 8 minutes from my house, and I love that convenience. Happy with our new groomer. Love the bows🎀🎀🐾🐾
