Where do I begin; We had our wedding here on October 31,2024 in the Crystal Ballroom, it was like Incredible. From our first meeting with our Amazingly TALENTED coordinator KAT we were Blown Away. The Food Manager, Bartender, Photographers, DJ and entire staff were Amazing and honestly the best people.
KAT was here in every single moment and is detail oriented, personable, caring and so fun to be around! She made us feel comfortable and was always approachable via communication throughout the process. Thank you for all of your hard work you put in to make our day so so special. KAT our Wonder Woman.

My Guests were raved about everything. I can't say enough good things about the venue and the service, every dollar spent was well worth it for me.

Where do we begin…Crystal Ballroom EXCEEDED expectations and surpassed expectations we didn’t even knew we had. From our very first meeting with Kat to our first meeting with our AMAZINGLY TALENTED coordinator Carlie, we were blown away. Carlie was there every step of the way and is detail oriented, personable, caring and so fun to be around! She made us feel comfortable and was always approachable via any communication throughout the process. She remembered small details and even had my family and friends raving about her. The food manager, bartender and entire staff were amazing and honestly the best people. We had our ceremony outdoors and reception indoors and Crystal Ballroom offers so much in the packages they offer—the planning was seamless and STRESS FREE. If you have any doubts about whether or not you should choose this venue, don’t think JUST DO IT. Best wedding venue in St. Augustine!!!

An excellent choice to hold our 50th Anniversary. Extremely professional staff, especially Jordan Kennedy our event coordinator. Guests were highly impressed with overall experience, a top venue for weddings, birthdays and other events. This was our second time to hold an event, last year was our younger son's wedding and this time was also a beautiful event. Highly recommended.

Our wedding was perfect at the Crystal Ballroom! Everything was so beautiful and well organized. All of our guests commented about the wonderful decor and attentiveness of the staff. Carlie and Kat were amazing through out the whole process. All of the included details such as centerpieces, coordinators, serving staff, bartenders, etc. made the wedding day stress free. The Crystal Ballroom definitely knows how to host a wedding!

If you are looking for a venue for your big day look no further than Crystal Ballroom St. Augustine. From our very first inquiry they were quick to respond and provided answers to all our questions. During our venue tour we met Kat and she was amazing! She made us feel at ease with the process and was so excited for us. Kat made sure to follow up with us for friendly check ins and to see how she could help with the process. She never made us feel like we were a bother and would always answer promptly. Once we finally confirmed, we were assigned the BEST coordinator ever, Jordan. She helped us with our design appointment, upgrades, vendors, and everything in between. She made sure we were well prepared during our rehearsal and coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. The day of the event went off without a hitch. The decor was beautiful and was everything we hoped for. Jordan made sure to check on us throughout the event and helped with anything needed. The bar staff was top notch and they received rave reviews for this service. Everyone kept complimenting how beautiful the venue and decor was and how perfect it all was. We highly recommend the Crystal Ballroom, Kat, and Jordan. They are top notch. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for making our big day perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better team!

We loved everything about our brunch wedding at the Crystal Ballroom!!! Carlie was our wedding coordinator and she truly went above and beyond. We could not have done it without her and she is the best of the best! She was like a friend by the end of it all. Kat was also a great help when booking our venue and made the process so smooth. The staff overall are friendly and attentive. So much attention to detail. We have no regrets about having our special day here!
