(+) Cozy little small town cinema with large seats and seat trays. Children can sit on booster seats to see better. The staff were friendly and helpful while ordering.
(-) The slope isn't very steep, so tall people and people with large hair can disrupt the experience for those behind them. The very salty popcorn with butter squirted on top was really greasy. Parking out front is only 2 hours on weekdays, so you can potentially get a parking fine for being there for any longer films. The staff said they don't usually see any fines for guests, but the signage doesn't allow everyone.

SO pros were: the price was good, the chairs comfier them I thought they'd be, and the popcorn was the best I've ever had. They brought on the butter!

Cons: the burger was under done and so were the fries. I had to get back in line to pick up my food instead of a separate person giving out food, I had to get their attention and basically wave around my order buzzer. I tried one of the fries and it was completely unsalted (she said it was salted but I assure you it wasn't at all) so instead of getting some packets of salt and being on my way I had to use their salt shaker Went and dropped off my food, tried to eat a couple fries but they were extremely mushy. Went back to get ketchup which again no packets. Had to wait in line again just for ketchup. Was ignored several times for someone ordering, and the guy behind me with his order buzzer going off was also ignored.

Lastly the three seats we had gotten didn't have two trays like every other set of three seats did. We really needed another but couldn't switch seats so late. (Tho I didn't ask so maybe that's on me)

If they just get packets I think almost all of my complaints would be fixed.

Staff always are above and beyond everyone we visit and the popcorn is delicious. Renting the theater for 25 people is affordable and recommended for the our next party/gathering. I’m looking forward to it. Thank you again.

What I like about Dallas Cinema is the nostalgic feel. It's more than just a cinema to me. It's all my childhood memories still lingering. It's a beautiful time capsule just waiting for more pleasant memories to be left for a future rekindling.

Seats are comfy, big, and plenty of room. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Lobby area very nice.
Rear surround speaker level set too low. Food quality and pricing not good. $10 pepperoni pizza is like a cold Totinos.

Dallas Cinema aka "Fox Theater" is one of the few amazing establishments that Dallas still has. The cinema recently upgraded with new seats, tables, sound, and more. Movie tickets are a fraction of the cost compared to theaters in Salem, with concessions also being very fair priced. I sat in the 3rd row and even that did not feel too close at all. The concession food was delicious and my partner and I devoured our popcorn. This is a great movie theater that Dallas residents need to support! Go catch a movie at the Dallas Cinema!
