This is a review of the November 29, 2024, performance of The Producers at the Delray Playhouse. EXCELLENT! This was a performance that I'll happily remember the rest of my life. The four of us, two couples, have season tickets. At the intermission we all talked about how great every performer was. Great casting, directing, acting, singing, dancing, and audio. Not one weak actor in this troupe. The other husband said that he saw The Producers on Broadway and he thought the
Delray Playhouse performance was better. The other wife said that this single play was worth the price of the season tickets. My wife loved it and for the first time in a long time, I was so throughly entertained that I felt the intermission came too soon. Don't miss out on seeing this production... if you can get tickets!

This was my second time here. You will never meet a nicer group of people. Everyone that was working there was extremely friendly and helpful. It is very nice inside and beautiful on the patio. Both plays were reasonably priced. I will be returning

The venue is small and off the beaten path. The theater fills up quickly with a very small crowd. Parking is free and convenient. We truly enjoyed “A Chorus Line”. The actors,singers and dancers were entertaining from beginning to end. The show was so professionally done that it felt like Broadway -without the hassle and price tag. Unfortunately, the show is only running for a few weeks so we won’t have time to go and see it again. Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis, so if you shop early, you have a good chance of sitting in one of the front rows at the same price as the back row seats.

Saw the Mersey Beatles tribute band. What a great show. 2-1/2 hours.
Wouldn’t be surprised if we see them again.
The seats are all so new as well as comfortable ( if you’re not standing or dancing in the isle)
Ample parking on site.

This is a diamond place on Lake Ida Park where there are picnic tables and lots of beautiful ducks and I imagine other wildlife. Once inside, the lobby has large picture windows overlooking beautiful Lake Ida.The ambiance is truly delightful. The lobby and theater areas are impeccable. The playhouse has an array of performances suitable for many tastes. They even have the Cabaret Room where you can eat deli-style while watching a show. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The first time I walked into the playhouse, it felt like I was walking into a hotel. I am currently in my first show here, Grumpy Old Men, and this is the first show I've done where shows were sold out before opening night itself. The box office does not always answer. Their voicemail is full, and they don't call back, but apart from that, it's a great playhouse with a perfect location.

Amazing local theater. Regular programming is phenomenal and the educational programs are top notch! The staff are all super talented and committed to their craft!
