First time attending a play, and I enjoyed the theater very much! Saw Pride and Prejudice. I highly recommend this theater to anyone, but k ow it is on the second floor with very nice stairs and a single chair lift.

Attending Holmes For the Holidays. The the stage is very beautiful and professional. The actors and actresses are wonderful and you can see they enjoy what they are doing. I have gone with my aunt for several years now and we have always enjoyed their theater productions. A very comfortable and friendly atmosphere and love the open bar from Crystal Cork as well. A job will done to Tim Boles and his crew!!

This is probably the most intimate atmosphere for a play. I saw She Kills Monsters. The play was great. The venue was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Saturday evening we attended the play Music from Down the Hill. What a heartfelt play so much energy. I was taken into the Heavenly Hills mental health facility and felt the ups and downs Claire and Margot were going through. When Claire cried real tears I did also. Plan on seeing this play you will be glad you did. Suzie and Samantha you rock.

Dixon Stage Left is another of the somewhat hidden treasures which need to be discovered by a wider audience in DIXON!
I recently attended their incredibly fascinating production of THE MISANTHROPE. Actually I attended that play TWICE because it was so well acted and staged. They really DO things that well at Stage Left. From the direction of Tim Boles to the perfectly audible, articulate performances of each of the actors, it made for an evening that went all too quickly and was well worth the admission price. The ambiance of having a well stocked bar from the CRYSTAL CORK in Dixon nestled in a room adjoining the actual theatre merits mention as well. I got to enjoy the play while also enjoying my favorite evening cocktail. Just cannot be beat!!!
I am looking forward to upcoming productions at Dixon Stage Left and some more fine evenings of fine drama and music.
It was an extra treat to be entertained by the fine harpsichord concert which preceded the play for about 30 minutes or so. The trained and educated harpsichordist, Mr. Ross Jallo, shared some very beautiful Baroque music with us. A great evening from start to finish!
