I’ve taken my dog here many times to get her groomed but we will not be returning. While the staff is very nice after I picked up my dog I later saw that two of her paws were bleeding from her dewclaws getting cut. I spent $80 to get my dog back bleeding. Very disappointing.

Very professional and friendly staff. I have been taking our young dog there for several months now. They emphasize safety and help with training. I feel very comfortable and safe leaving him in their care.

We love Doggy Daycare and Spa in Okemos. We board our dog here often, as well as, we have a standing daycare day every week. We joke that our dog loves daycare more than he loves being at home. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I never worry leaving my dog in their hands, I know he is treated with love and compassion. Thank you Doggy Daycare!

I had an appointment for my dog and couldn’t find the card with the date so I called the establishment to find out her appointment date. They didn’t answer after multiple calls through a couple of days and never got a response to my voicemails. (In my last m voicemail, I cancelled my appointment) Tried calling today to schedule an appointment for my dog again but no response. I’m not sure why this is happening but I had a good experience with this establishment but now, my opinion has changed for the worse.

AWESOME! I've been taking my goldendoodle here 2 times a week for approx 2.5 years now. She LOVES it, as do I. She's made lots of friends, she plays all day then (for the most part) collapses when she gets home - YES!!! =D The employees love my dog almost as much as I do and Suzi (one of the groomers there) does an OUTSTANDING job on my Ginger! 2 thumbs up! Here's a pic of her at daycare in her Halloween costume with one of her favorite people there, Nick. 🙂 I highly recommend Doggy Daycare and Spa!

We had a great experience getting our dog Butterscotch groomed today! Highly recommend! Everyone is super sweet here! So glad we found a new groomer! Our old one retired and we were nervous but they did awesome!
