What a wonderful environment for our Gibbs. He is so sociable now and loves coming to be with his dog/human friends. The staff adds such a personal touch by recognizing every dog by name on arrival. Unbelievable how many fun events are offered . Love Dogtopia💕

I have been using Dogtopia for my older pup for months now and I am incredibly impressed. I was so worried that my older dog would have a hard time but the team is so welcoming and willing to work with Tazer and I on his medical issues to make sure he's safe. The webcams are awesome so I can check in to make sure he is having a good time. Even though he doesn't play Tazer is still so excited to come and see the employees. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants peace of mind for their dogs to come here.

Our dog Gunnar, now an 8 year old Bernedoddle, has been loving Dogtopia for a few years. He goes and sees his friends 2 days a week. He loves to go, he has never had any anxiety about his visits. I know he is well taken care of and more importantly loved by all the staff, especially Pat and Margaret. The entire staff is a part of our family. I just never have any worries about Gunnar on his visit days. The staff meets us at the door each visit and loves to see us, they know us by name at drop off and pick up. Gunnar loves all the special events and I love them even more because they send us home with pictures and even a year book! Gunnar enjoys the beach which is reserved for dogs his same size. Gunnar even has a girlfriend, Mabel. He and Mabel were given a special bandana from Pat and Margaret and are now one of Dogtopia's Greatest Romances! Pricing is fair, care is exceptional, spa services are great to have in between Gunnar's grooming. The place is clean and well organized, staff is always happy, its just a great place. Send your dog here, you will have no regrets!!! We love you Dogtopia! Excited for many years to come!

Ruthie absolutely loves Dogtopia! I started bringing her here for socialization and to wear out her working dog energy, and not only has that endeavor been successful but the unexpected results have been wonderful too! She is less stressed by loud noises and storms, has more confidence to approach new friends at the dog park, and she is WIPED after a day with her friends at daycare! Sometimes we have barely left the parking lot and she’s passed out in her car seat. I’m very much a helicopter dog mom, and the team here is great at putting my mind at ease knowing she’s safe and happy in their care. They always greet her by name when she comes in and they give me updates on who she’s been playing with during her days there, and I can watch her on their camera which I really appreciate! Ruthie has even gotten to the point that as soon as I mention “let’s go see your friends today at daycare!” that she’ll run the the car with her wigglebutt going wild. I only wish we could bring her in more often!

Everyone looks like they love their job, excited about every dog that comes in. A very inviting place for my pup. They have a schedule of fun activities set for the month, and organic treats for them to enjoy.

Very bizarre experience. They called me 3 x before my appointment just to check in( a bit overboard in my opinion ) my alarm bells were starting to go off. Their dialogue was so scripted and fake. I took my dog to an interview and was told I can leave for 30 minutes. They called me in 15 minutes and told me to come pick my dog up. They told me she wasn’t ready. What does that mean? Aside she did not get aggressive but “ wasn’t ready” I could try again in 3 weeks. No thanks very bizarre experience. Her current daycare is a bit far but she loves love it so much. Kudos to downtown doggy!!!

I used Dogtopia for the first time while I was visiting indy. It was a very easy process and the price was reasonable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the added bonus that you can see your puppy on camera 🙂 is a very nice feature. Will def be using Dogtopia in the future.

Dogtopia is the best doggy daycare and boarding place we've ever used! The staff is super friendly, and it's always very clean. Our dog LOVES visiting. Once he sees the parking lot, he is jumping to get out. We have also boarded him multiple times and appreciate the staff's attention to detail. It is hard to trust your baby with just anyone, and we always feel safe leaving him in their care. Why we stick with Dogtopia: being able to watch our dog on the camera throughout the day, availability of bringing or purchasing lunch and snacks, the special deals and theme days, which are fun, and providing excellent communication. It feels like they know and love him. I cannot say enough about what they've done for our family.
