I went to see Missouri St's Beauty & the Beast performance. The entertainment was top-tier, igniting emotions ranging from sadness to laughter. I highly recommend seeing a performance at Fairfield's Downtown Theatre! The ticket prices were $35 per person, but the performance was high-quality and lasted from 2 PM-4:50 PM with a break between Act 1 and Act 2. It was worth it.

Saw another amazing show, Beauty and the Beast the Musical. This theatre is small compared to bigger theatres in San Francisco. But, here in Fairfield, the audience is more intimate and the shows are amazing.

Very nice local theatre. Saw Into the Woods Jr, The Sound of Music Jr, Legally Blonde and Rocky Horror. I really enjoyed all the shows. They are also reasonably priced. Good parking space. If you are a local come support the theatre. I recommend sitting in the first floor, mainly 4 to 5 rows up. I want to mention in more detail how good the adult theatre shows has been to watch. They are funny, beautiful and professionally done. You can tell they enjoy and passionate about theatre because you cannot look away from them as every moment and scene is so captivating. I will continue to visit every season.

This is the most amazing small town theater. Their music and performance is on point and they're very creative with their sets and interpretations. It is a definite must see location and crew.

Always a delight to see the local talent. Not once have I been and found myself disappointed. They put an incredible amount of time and effort into these productions and the cost for what they do is really reasonable. It's not just supporting local theater, it's being entertained in person by real talent instead of a TV or movie! That is huge when you actually have experienced it! Nothing better.

I’ve been to this theatre for many productions as my granddaughter has been in many of the plays. They put on an excellent show - tonight we saw Madagascar Jr - very very good and the kids were great!! Every show I’ve seen has been great!! the seating is a little awkward which is why I put 4 stars. But other than that - it’s great! They even sell refreshments in the lobby including wine ? You do have to have a mask ? currently as of this review.

Very good, small theater. We sat in the front row of the balcony in the center for a concert... very good choice. The railing for the balcony did not obstruct our view. People say that there's not a bad seat in the house, and the theater is small enough that I'm sure that's true. The seats are fairly nice though we were getting a bit uncomfortable after sitting in them for two hours. Parking is very easy, even on a Saturday night... it is behind the theater and free. We arrived 15 minutes before the show started, which gave us plenty of time to get will call tickets. I'm glad we didn't arrive any earlier, especially since they started the show 5 minutes late. Though it's not the nicest theater in the world, the tickets were very reasonably priced and I think it deserves 5 stars for the value provided. If I came back, I'd get balcony seats again, but I'd get up to stretch during the intermission.
