The Theater itself is long and rectangular but the smaller size lends itself to a more intimate interaction with the performers. I am very sensitive to sound so I travel with sonic earplugs. For me the audio was too intense even with them in. We sat at a table but there were no bad seats anywhere. No photos of the inside because the audience was admonished from taking any, thus in accordance with their wishes, no indoor snaps. It was our 38th Wedding Anniversary and we enjoyed the outing, despite the admittedly sloshed woman to our right who blurted out to everyone that getting drunk was the best part of her day.

The Brave New Workshop's "Cheaper than Hamilton" was hilarious! My wife and I went with our neighbors and all of us loved it!

Would I go again? I'm not sure. I've read a few reviews that mention that they reuse quite a bit of their material and if you've gone a few times, then it's not as funny anymore.

What I didn't like - we paid more for table tickets vs regular seats. The tables were probably as wide as half a TV tray table and they crammed so many tables and chairs together in that small space. My wife didn't like how crammed it was, so we left our table and sat in empty regular seats behind.

Family Dinner was definitely not improv and mediocre entertainment! The worst part was I ordered one drink, there was no price list so had no idea what the charge was. When I checked my credit card the charge for one cocktail was $32.90!!! That was more than the show tickets! What a ripoff, will definitely not be returning!

It was so great to laugh in the midst of the political awfulness happening in our country now. Clever writing and winning performances - very enjoyable.

Just saw "Cheaper than Hamilton" by the Brave New Workshop at Dudley Riggs Theater. It's a tiny venue with a super friendly, casual vibe. You can feel the history in the space. They say this is the oldest running comedy show in the US.

The show was great! They did a series of hilarious skits with great social justice messages: "comedy with a point".

Loved it. Go see them! I will definitely be back!
