Another great theater choice near Meridian. The line was long when I arrived but it moved very fast and the woman that helped us was very friendly and beyond helpful. This theater has discounted tickets on Tuesdays just like the Village and the Majestic, BUT they offer free popcorn refills and free soda refills (self serve) too! The seats were very comfy and they also have recliners and a small arcade in the lobby area. The bathrooms were clean and stocked.
I recommend showing up a little bit early so you can print your tickets and get in line for the popcorn n stuff. Parking May also be a little tight so be prepared to walk across the parking lot. Other than that, I think this theater deserves five stars. I brought a group of eight people here and we all had a great time and were very happy with the service. I’m sure we’ll be back because this is one of our top three theatres now. Free refills!! Yeay!! (But I’m not leaving my seat during the movie)

We are frequent patrons of this theater, and it has unfortunately gone a bit downhill over the years. As many mention, waiting in concessions lines to get tickets is absurd. We arrived almost 30m early to our last movie and didn't get to our seats until the opening credits as the lines were long. We didn't buy any concessions either, just ticket pickup. The trash/food waste on the floors and around the facility is on the excessive side. The men's restrooms are usually dirty and unkept. The theater quality itself is quite nice however, with comfortable reclining seats, excellent (albeit very loud) sound quality, and mid-range visual projection quality.

Eagle Luxe Reel Theater is a fantastic place for a family movie night! Their discounted Tuesday deal is perfect for catching a great movie without breaking the bank. The theater is clean, comfortable, and the seats are spacious and cozy. Friendly staff and good snack options make it even better. Highly recommend!

I went to see a movie tonight and the last half hour, the movie stopped 8-10 times for several seconds. A group of us went to the front counter to ask for some resolve. The manager was combative and refused refunds for any of us. There was about eight of us and we were just wanting to be taken care of. Having been a general manager I can tell you it doesn't take much to appease your customer when things go wrong and gain loyal future customers. Training of management was a failure this round and it will cost the company in future sales. I hope you fix it. This happened 12/11/24 around 8pm.

Okay updating the review because Luxe replied and switched to 5 stars. The fact they addressed my review, owned up to the issue and already had a fix in place is awesome. It sucks that I had a subpar experience with my movie, but knowing they are on the ball has changed my tune of this theater. Just won yourselves a loyal customer!

Was very disappointed in their maintenance of the Atmos system. There was an audible blown speaker in the ceiling left side area and the subwoofers were basically non existent. They need to get their system up to snuff or stop saying they have Atmos because the state the system is, Atmos (or even standard sound) is a laughable claim.
