Went to a movie at Edmond town hall tonight. I have gone previously with some friends and unfortunately the new upgrades made it much worse. We were instructed to park in back with a larger truck, however we could not hear anything from the film and could not see with the massive light blocking the screen. I had to go so far as purchasing the movie off of YouTube and Bluetoothing it from my car to hear the dialog. Hopefully Edmond town hall will acknowledge the disparities in this new setup by turning off the overhead light, that overcasts the screen, and by putting speakers in the new back lot.
I loved going to drive in movies nearby, but if these conditions do not change my friends and I will not be returning.

Went to see my grand daughters' dance recital. The Edmond Town Hall was easy to find, just as easy to park and entrance was no problem.
The show was fantastic (proud Grandpa)!
I would have given an extra star, but the arms of the chairs was sticky.

This was a very nice venue. Large room, with access to pantry area and refrigerator. We also we're able to use trolley to load/unload party supplies and elevator which was great! Only comment was janitor started emptying trash while event still in progress. We still had room for hour still. Otherwise was a great experience overall.

Went to a wedding ceremony and the staff were great and the place was awesome. Plenty of room and well kept!

Not a bad seat in the house and have beer and wine for evening concerts.

Edmond Town Hall Is Awesome! The interior is decorated beautifully, and has a great historical feel to it. The ticket prices are very cheap, and I actually remember one night I went there and they played America Ninja Warrior and they showed it for free which was very cool. Without doubt I definitely recommend going! Have a great day!

My husband and I went to see Aztec Two-Step on January 13, 2024 and really looked forward to the show as my husband had watched this group perform many years back. We had seats on the mezzanine and were enjoying the show when the lighting person started moving the two hanging motorized spotlights in front of the stage which would hit our eyes causing me to have a migraine and my husband a headache that we had to leave before the second half of the show. The spotlights moving around was very distracting to say the least, I was surprised that the performers themselves did not object to it. I’d like to add that we love Edmond Townhall and are very happy and proud that Newtown has this wonderful facility that is both accessible and affordable for everybody. What a lovely place and we hope to watch and enjoy more shows but dread the rotating spotlights.
