This was a great first time experience. Amanda was so nice and professional to be around! I was hesitant before arriving, and the minute I spoke with her, everything was well received. I found them online and purchased through Groupon, emailed my proof of purchase, and booked an appropriate time as I was looking for new places. Text is preferred method of contact, however, super quick and easy. Once we got there, we fed some of the horses, and then got a quick lesson of how it works. She guided us through the entire path, and was a great spirit to be around. Thank you Amanda for making our experience amazing! I hope to be back soon.

We had a great time and will be back with our sons. We live in Winter Haven and we were late due to traffic but they were understanding and we greatly appreciated their patience with us. When we arrived we were given some treats to feed the horses while they were being prepared for us. Thank you so much for the experience and your patience.

We loved the awesome atmosphere of the place and the peaceful horses.
But there are a few downsides.
The trip started 15 minutes later and ended when it should have been. Thus, instead of 1 hour, we were on horseback for only 45 minutes.
I didn't like the route. We dodged around the corrals.
Our guide rode in front. He was constantly inside his phone. And then the guide began to smoke, leaving behind a trail of smoke that all the riders breathed.
I really hope that next time these disadvantages will be taken into account. The location and horses are really nice.

Sadly my experience is based solely on the process of booking and showing up for a scheduled ride, only for no one to be there. I wish I had read previous Google reviews, because I see I’m not the only one who has had this experience. It’s a shame because I grew up in Geneva and wanted to show my kids a little piece of life there. I confirmed via email yesterday the day/time/number of guests, purchased the Groupon and provided the redemption code. Showed up early ahead of the time anticipating signing waivers, maybe meeting the horses/staff, getting gear… but no one was to be found. We waited until a few minutes before our scheduled time (thinking maybe they were on another ride), before calling the number. I received the text (shown below), which must be an automated message. No one answered or responded. It was a waste of a morning and disappointment to my children. I am very understanding if there was an emergency or something that came up, but still no response from them. Not any way to run a business, and a poor representation of a great small town. (Immediately requested a refund from Groupon)

The trail was amazing!
My group and I really loved everything about it! And Amanda and Ryan are very nice and took care of us very well!
We were able to feed the horses and everything! And they also taught my friends, who did not know how to ride, to ride horses!

Set up a great birthday experience for my bestfriend! It was such a last minute decision so it was awesome that they got us in that day! The trail ride was super peaceful and relaxing and our guide let us speed up multiple times which was super fun!! 10/10 would come again!!

Amazing experience. As first time riders, the staff were very patient and calm. The trail was interesting and they allowed us to ride a little faster with them. Horses are very well behaved. Family friendly environment. They allowed us to feed them at the end. (Optional but I recommend bringing some apples and carrots for extra feeding)
