My experience was great from the time I walked in the door. The vibe was great! My husband and was seated and served in a promptly manner. Andi, our server was the best. She was quick and attentive. If you come here you will not regret it.

We phenomenal service with our waitress Andi! Definitely ask for you when you get there. She’s very personable! Food was great and very quick to come out. My favorite was the Fat Pat Fries- we got them with every type of meat.

First time visiting the states (from Italy) and we ended up in this nice spot with a very American-like atmosphere. The food was good and so was the service. Special thanks to our wonderful waiter Marika who made us feel at home even overseas!

It was good the moment I walked in. We were greetedand sat quickly. Andi was our server and she handled everything like a server should. She deserves 10 stars! The only thing, and I'm being picky, is the music was a bit loud for my dining experience. But the food was too notch and the service was even better

Matt is very passionate about his suggestions for me about food, And, he has a real passion for what he does. It was a pleasant experience here with awesome food. Matt is very loyal to this establishment . Cheese curds were out of this world,and bone in wings are perfectly crispy

Ordered to go. The bae burger was delicious and I got the crispiest order of fried pickles I’ve ever had in my life!! My husband ordered the patty melt and it really did melt in your mouth! My sister ordered the caesar wrap with fried chicken, and that chicken was amazing. Props to fat pats for not being another overpriced restaurant with frozen food

Pats BB has lost a local customer due to service and $3.00 additional charge!! . I RARELY leave these kind of reviews but after what happened tonight I’m extremely disappointed. I call to place an order to be picked up, like I have done many many times before. I asked for 2 mile high burgers, with seasoned fries, as it comes(14.50) . The young lady says oh we just ran out of seasoned fries. I said ok, what other options do I have since no seasoned fries?. She says sweet potato fries, onion rings, corn etc. and it would be 1.50 extra
Per order. I said but you don’t have seasoned fries, why should I have to pay extra? She says it’s how it comes and Computer won’t let her change. I said ok well I’ll just have the burger, how much is that? She says 14.50!!! I asked to speak to a manager. She comes back to phone and says “ sorry manager is busy , can’t come to phone, but told me to tell you that’s how it will be as there is nothing they can do. I know it’s only $3.00 total but to spend our hard earned money on take out and have them not even want to help or try to substitute at no additional cost is not OK! I will no longer be a patron of this business due to this and rest assured I’m telling my story to others! There are many great restaurants that I can go to and at least be considered when it’s something that is out of my control. Do better Fat Pats!!
