Theater staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was included in ticket cost. Seemed like a safe area. I dont think there is a bad seat in the house. Theater was clean. Lines moved quickly. We had a great time and will be back!

easy to get to, beautiful building and the theatre itself isn’t as pretty as the fox, for instance - but it’s nice with a great layout and big lobby areas with bars on each level. staff is always very pleasant, love going here

First visit and we loved the architecture! The staff were so helpful and polite! Security was professional. We sat in the private 1928 overlooking the entrance and main floor & bar. The drinks were great!

We loved this building. It’s gorgeous with so many details into its interior design and construction. We visited it on Sunday and only two boutiques were open, but we ended up spending more than half an hour in each of them. They had so many unique and vintage items. We had to give an ID to get keys for bathrooms which was weird for such a big building. But this place is a masterpiece and totally worth visiting if you are interested in architecture, art or unique shopping

I had the privilege of seeing Les Miserables the other day, it was incredible! The performance was unbelievably amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful- a wonderful experience overall. This place is a real gem and I’d love to visit again!

While parking was a bit tricky here (this part of town felt super abandoned) the experience was incredible and the theatre itself was STUNNING. Get yourself a strawberry lemonade mocktail and enjoy Broadway’s best!
