Would give them a zero if possible.
Told by recording you need appt for passports. Info not clear on if you need appt just to pick up a form and have pic taken. Then there is no way to even make an appt by phone if you even needed to because ALL of their options ring thru 6 times and then disconnect you. Useless. No one manning the phones? You have to drive 30 min to get to them....perhaps just to find out you need an appt on another day. Ridiculous. What a waste of time...

had my 1st dealing with them today.Recptionist was completely worthless.Went there with an issue about a copy of our trash bill and she looked at me and said call them.even though it is paid for by the hoa,they have copies that i needed to gain access to the landfill.so now it's #45 out of my pocket
