We just had our daughter’s wedding at Flying Caballos and it was absolutely perfect! All the events - Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, Reception, and post Wedding Brunch - were at the venue and it couldn’t have been any better. We used all the houses and they are even better than they appear in the pictures! I highly recommend this venue!

We stayed in the farmhouse. It is really beautiful and well maintained. I love the outdoor showers! We were with such a big group, I opted to actually sleep outside on the front porch, just so I wouldn't have to share of them with someone. And also I love sleeping outside. The vibe was amazing, I slept Great! The peaceful and gorgeous. The big enormous hot tub is so cool, you fill it up yourself and then drain it when you're done. We looked around the grounds and saw the other buildings, which are all incredible. We weren't there for an event, just renting the house, but the event space is absolutely gorgeous and anyone who gets married very very lucky!

We loved everything about our wedding, but I think choosing Flying Caballos as our venue was the best decision we made!
Sarah is an angel. She went above and beyond the call of duty for a venue manager to make the planning process and our wedding day stress-free and fun.
We loved how private and intimate FCR feels, while still being plenty large enough to be comfortable for all of our guests and having the different spaces that gave the event great flow and kept it exciting throughout the day. And the Farmhouse was the perfect getting ready space.
The venue is gorgeous and well kept, and provides so many opportunities for beautiful photos.
We're so grateful to Sarah and the FCR team! We'd give it 10 stars if we could!

We spent our wedding weekend at Flying Caballos Ranch- we had 18 guests stay on site, hosted a welcome drinks Friday night, and a roaring party that Saturday night!! Sarah and the whole Flying Caballos team were incredible. The upstairs backyard and ceremony area are stunning and give incredible views of Edna Valley and the gorgeous hills surrounding SLO. The barn is huge and was perfect for our rockin dance floor. Our 175 guests fit very comfortably and everyone was raving about the grounds. Such a unique and centrally located venue- highly recommend the full weekend buyout to truly enjoy the grounds!! All 4 properties are gorgeous and unique and just made for such a special weekend.

It was our first time at the Flying Caballos Ranch, and it is a great wedding venue.
The Friday evening rehearsal dinner and following cocktail party was on the lawn area of the main house, huge trees provided plenty of shade, and there's a fire pit that was nice when it got cooler.
The wedding party stayed onsite in the main house and there are another couple of smaller units just adjacent. And they have a really cool looking honeymoon suite in another two story building.
The wedding was in a field behind the main house, and there's a wide terraced concrete walkway down to the upscale "barn" where the reception was held.
Parking is in a dirt lot just to the left as you enter the property.
Venue is located just east of the SLO Airport.

As a wedding planner, Flying Caballos is one of my all-time top venues to work at! The property is expansive enough for large guest counts, but also has intimate spaces that work for smaller groups. It's a beautiful space that is truly unique, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an extraordinary place to celebrate. Sarah is a joy to work with: professional, kind, responsive, and a calming presence. I know that when a couple selects Flying Caballos, not only will it be a beautiful day, but we will all be in great hands!

We LOVE Flying Caballos! When booking a venue, our options were limited with such a large guest count. We were able to book a tour of FCR very quickly, and we just knew the minute we walked up to the gorgeous yellow farmhouse that we needed to have our wedding here. Sarah, the venue manager, has great communication and worked hand in hand with our wedding planner to ensure the day ran smoothly, even while planning, postponing and re-planning our wedding. Our guests were awed at the beauty of the venue! From the perfectly landscaped yard to the modern bar, every square inch of Flying Caballos is beautiful. We are SO thankful that we were able to have our special day here. Flying Caballos will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

We just hosted our daughter's wedding at Flying Caballos Ranch, and it was gorgeous and so much fun! The property is lovely and so accommodating with the farmhouse, the guesthouse, and the studio. And the new BARN!! The location and the venue are beautiful, so perfect for any event. And be sure to have property manager Sarah coordinate the month of your wedding. She took hold of our wedding plans, and everything went smoothly, each vendor came through on time. Sarah was fantastic to work with. She stays ahead of your timeline and makes sure things run smoothly. So very happy we hosted our big event at Flying Caballos!!
