The service was excellent! The Gm James and the associate Harley were very respectful and extremely kind! The professionalism was exceptional! I completely enjoyed my experience here! The parking lot is also very spacious. The shower was clean. The store isn’t a full pilot so the coupons from the app don’t work but this place is still very much worth visiting!!

This is a nice clean truck stop to stop at! The bathrooms were nice and clean! Sometimes you never know when you stop…. They have a nice variety of items from food to statues! They have decent truck parking as well for those drivers!

The first thing you will be absolutely assaulted with is the same sign bolted literally EVERYWHERE you look telling you that you must download YET ANOTHER app to get reserved parking, the Truck Parking Club. They do NOT have reserved parking through the Pilot app anymore. The entire back row ( guessing 50+) is reserved. The signs are unwelcoming as the threat of being towed abounds. We spoke to the staff and were told the tow truck is on property and don't even take your break in one as you'll be towed that fast! The Truck Parking Club claims to be the answer to truck parking as they utilize private property which can serve truckers who need spaces. Here, they have taken over a Pilot truck stop, how is that helping? As to the store. The employees are wonderful, professional and very friendly. The showers were good, with hot water however; WHAT'S with the PAPER floor mats? Do drivers not get a mat to stand on? There was absolutly no breakfast at 0530, the sink was out of service so couldn't rinse out the coffee thermos. This is a hoppin' place and it does offer all the basics but nothing special. No restaurant that we saw just Taco John's and a Wendy's. There's a lot of parking but get there as early as you can. The best thing about this place is it is really clean. We never saw any trash anywhere which is a rare, so really impressed there. Fantastic view if you take a walk over to the corner where the freeway Pilot sign is.

Stopped at Wendy's here . .. $6.50 for a Wendy's Single! PLEASE ...... So I opted for a bean burrito from Taco John's (also at location) left in the van only to find that Taco John's figures that as the beans are refried, they must have been warm as some time. Kinda sad I stopped at this location.
