It's a lovely local spot for the arts. The lobby and entrance are somewhat confined, so if the event is popular, expect to be in close quarters with others until seated. Inside, the auditorium is ornately decorated with good acoustics and wide, comfortable chairs for enjoying your show. I'm a bigger guy, and wider seating with decent leg room is greatly appreciated.

A big thank you to the incredible team at Folly Theatre. This was my first time going, and I took my toddler to the Beauty and the Beast ballet. I made a mistake and purchased tickets that were way too high up/steep for me as I have a terrible fear of heights. Totally my fault, I thought I could handle it, but couldn’t, so I was just going to watch the stream in the lobby. Shoutout to Regina and Mike for seating us in the lower level so we could enjoy the show. They didn’t have to, again, it was my fault I purchased seats that won’t appropriate for me, but they made sure we had a great time. I appreciate it and now I know where to purchase seats in the future. Thank you also for making the arts accessible to all ages!!

My husband and I had not been in this theater for many years and were thrilled to see the beautiful condition it is in. They have worked very hard to make the theater conducive to today’s patronage while keeping its original charm. We enjoyed reading up on the history of the theater, and are so thankful that it still exists. The acoustics were perfect! We watched a performance from the front row of the lower balcony, and felt like we were almost part of the performance. There were plenty of staff on hand and there was some bar service. All in all an excellent experience that we can’t wait to repeat.
