Our pup had a check up that went well. The nurse was attentive to our pup during the exam and the doctor explained things and was gentle with him. We also had a grooming that went pretty well for the first time. Our dog was so soft and fluffy when done. The staff was friendly and helpful all round. A bunch of thank you for everything.

I highly recommend doctor Clayton! Our cat Mufasa had an emergency, and they got him in right away. Mufasa was actually not even a patient, and they still made him a priority. Doctor Clayton kept me posted throughout the entire three days Mufasa had to stay there after his life saving surgery. We felt so at ease and extremely grateful that we got him in when we did… if we wouldn’t have, he would have died. Doctor Clayton and his staff saved Mufasa’s life, and we will be forever grateful. The clinic is very clean and the staff is friendly. Thank you so much! We will be taking all of our animals here from now on!

The staff was really nice and they made my dog feel comfortable I’ve been taking my dog to a different vet for about a year and they couldn’t find the problem I brought my dog here and just in 1 day he is looking and feeling great ty fox valley staff u guys are the best

So thankful for Fox Valley! They have an amazing staff and wonderful vets. One of my cats had an emergency a week and a half ago and they squeezed him in right away, kept him overnight, and took wonderful care of him. They called with updates both days to let me know how he was doing and were so kind during the process. He’s doing so much better now and it’s all thanks to their incredible team!

The staff here was very caring, compassionate and sympathetic. The vet clinic we normally take our pets to was not opened at 4pm on a Tuesday (probably due to the weather) nor taking emergency calls and referred us to call the pet hospital in Aurora. The weather was bad and I couldnt stand to see my poor baby girl suffer due to medical issue that couldn't be cured and she was declining fast, I called to ask if they could put her down. Althought it was almost closing time they agreed to wait for us to get there and provide the service with compassion and sympathy. I am extremely greatful for them and will be bringing my future pets here.
