Beautiful theater with kind staff! We appreciate the free kid's movies! A worker responded quickly to clean up a child’s throw-up, though they accidentally missed the correct spot. A volunteer dismissed my polite mention of it entirely, but overall, it was likely an oversight in communication, and at least the clean-up attempt was quick! It would have been sanitary, too, if it hadn't taken place in the dark. The worker was patient with the process and didn't seem troubled one bit, at least. If I didn't read between the lines, I might have assumed the volunteer, and therefore, theater didn't care about health and safety at all based on the volunteers reaction. We were pleased with everything in general and had a really great time! Thanks, Fraunthal! 🙏

Such a beautiful theater! We attended for a concert, it was electric the atmosphere was so fun. Huge crowd, but everyone was having fun. The cash bar was great. The staff was very friendly, leading us to our seats with professionalism. Although we had 1 staff member kind of nasty and rude with a demanding attitude. Everyone else made up for that one lady.

Two words, historical and beautiful. Now the rest, one of the most treasured landmarks in Muskegon. Frauenthal Center does not have one bad seat in the whole theater, and ticket prices are affordable for all income.
Wide range of shows, bands, and free movies, highly recommend, truly a gem.

I went to see the Mona Shores singing Christmas tree this month & I'll tell you first hand it's WAY better than seeing it on TV. Mr. Lawton is one hell of a great music/choir teacher hands down. In fact my wife was in choir for at least 7 years, 4 of which were all in the Christmas tree & she really liked Mr. Lawton very much as her teacher. If you want a unique opportunity to go watch it, the Mona Shores singing Christmas tree is more than worth it. You will not forget it or regret it, it's just plain AWESOME!!!

Beautiful venue. Great place to see a show. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Downtown Muskegon is gorgeous. Parking is usually very easy. And truly you can't beat the food/restaurant options in Muskegon.

We saw the living Christmas tree here. The venue is beautiful, seating was comfortable and the acoustics were perfect. The performance was great as well. Highly recommend if you get a chance to visit for a performance, do it!
