They are amazing, kind, and caring. The entire family was so worried about our little baby. He came out of his surgery well. His quality of life will be SO much better, the humans that love him will have less worry. We are grateful for them, their hard work, and the loving way they treat the patients and families alike. My 10-yr old Yorkie had 4 teeth removed during dental cleaning. The Vet Tech called me prior to removal for full disclosure, cost, risk assessment and Post-Op care required. They were very gentle, professional, and their follow-Up is excellent.He was sent home completely alert with a good care plan and meds. Dr Baxter and her Staff are great.

I've lived in Freeport for 19 years and been using this vet since I moved here. I've read a couple of the "1 Star" Reviews from some that obviously couldn't afford their bill or misunderstood the doctors instructions. And why not just leave one 1 Star review, let's get the whole family to get on Google and pretend to be another customer. Get kids to leave multiple 1 Star Reviews! SMH maybe you need to go back to Mid-Atlantic Behavioral. Ooops you can't because you left them a 1 Star Review too! LoL. Oh and come on seriously a 1 Star review for not having an available appointment. WoW! entitled much? This veterinarian is "6 Star" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ local & small business! I've witness this vet bendover backwards to make sure patients receive the best care possible. I strongly recommend you read the other Google reviews left by these few 1 Star reviewers. I think you'll understand where I coming from once read the hate these people are posting online. NO ONE SEEMS TO MAKE THEM HAPPY ANYWHERE! Bless your heart ❤️ I am praying for you ?

I tried to get Murphy who was an existing patient into this Clinic. Murphy is my deceased fiance George's dachshund.. George always took Murphy into the vet @ Freeport animal Clinic (?) since he was a puppy. Because of George's passing and the passing of my mother I had not had the opportunity to meet the vet nor take Murphy into the Vet for probably a year and a half because well because let it speak for itself my fiance and my mother in less than 2 years apart. And alas, I tried to make an appointment because Murphy flat lined on me and I had to give him mouth to snout four times to resuscitate him. Because he had not past a bowel and an enlarged abdomen/prostate. And when I called the vet, days prior to him flat lining. I phoned and tried to make an appointment when I noticed he wasn't feeling well and I was told that they don't take new patients. As I stated my deceased fiance took him in there since he was a puppy. At this time when I had called Murphy was probably 10 years old. But thank goodness for Best Friends Animal Clinic in Freeport Florida because they've helped me since and the photo that I have submitted was taken not but maybe 6 months ago and he is probably 13 Going on 14. Thank you Best Friends Animal Clinic.

Dr Baxter & all staff are Amazing, Sweet, Knowledge, Caring, etc!
I want to do a Special Review about Taylor at the Front desk. She is so sweet and has exceptional customer service skills! Taylor is very helpful, sweet, patient and ready to answer any question!! And always has a welcoming smile on her face when you walk in the Pet clinic.

Absolutely amazing people they saved my puppy Rex aka bubby he was a light to all the darkness I was facing and I couldn’t even dream of loosing him he had tested positive for parvo at Destin ER clinic who did not take very good care of him at all but as soon as we got him to Freeport Pet Clinic
Dr.Baxter was absolutely awesome as well the whole staff was just absolutely nice and so caring they even cared more about helping him then they did the money if I could give this place 100 stars I would
