Very impressed with Fusion. Very classy. We had the Tuba and the shrimp cargot. The shrimp was amazing and we fought over it. We split a burger and uncharged to the truffle Parmesan fries which were astounding. Burger ordered medium rare and came out exactly as ordered. I’ve been in Venice since July 2023 and this is hands down the best burger I have had down here. Dessert was my hubs but I got a couple bites and was also impressed. The ladies room was elegant while the walk to it was a little Velcro on the shoes from the previous night spills, but once in the ladies room it was squeaky clean. The handicap bathroom needs a designated trash can since it has its own sink but other than that it was perfect. Definitely a great start for Fusion. Minor missteps but this is definitely going to be our regular spot. Something for everyone. Drink specials each day and happy hour 11-6 . Evening dancing and DJ and two pool tables in the back. Gourmet international dining starting January in the upscale restaurant. I’m in love! I can’t wait to go back.

Live in the neighborhood and my retired coworker told me a year ago about this place and it finally opened . This is what Venice has been waiting for , a nice fun bar with a nice crowd not the old bar that there were always fights. My wife and I will become regulars . One request I have is have a Latin night with a live band , it would be the only place between fort myers and Sarasota where Latinos would be happy to dress up and go out dancing , I promise you that you will have a full house on Latin nights Mr Kristian . Also , can’t wait for the fine dining experience , I am a foodie and really can’t wait to be able to go to a nice dinner and a movie and dancing all within 5 minutes from my house lol . Thanks again !

Everything was wonderful in this place.
Been waiting for it to open for so long.
When it finally open, we decided to invited some friends have dinner with us here.
Our server and I believe also the manager here was wonderful and very attentive. My burger was cooked perfectly and juicy. The schnitzel plate was huge, enough for two.
I had Nokomis sparkle drink ,it was yummy. Our server, if I pronounce her name right, Mia or Nina was wonderful.
She mentioned she's the manager on the floor.
We will be back and we wish best of luck for this place because we need it in Venice!

Im a NY girl. Ive been visiting the Venice area for years. Coming mostly for a quiet break. After moving here full time 5 yrs. I realized Venice area was sorely missing a diverse dance club.
This place used to be Off The Wagon, I visited once a few yrs ago but wasn't really impressed so I never went back. I heard they had rebranded and was now Fusion. Glad I gave them another try. The DJ was awesome and I stayed on the dance floor. There was a pretty good crowd, young people, a good age range. We only had drinks but I will definitely return. They have the potential to becoming the hot a dance club this area needs to attract a younger set to this amazing area of Sarasota.

Not sure where to start. Asked for water multiple times, never came. Ordered several rounds of drink, not one drink was the same. Ordered food, only half the orders came out correct. Servers had fingers in the food as the delivered. Not going back any time soon.

I received a response from the restaurant suggesting I should be treated for depression. Very unfortunate the resturant took this approach vs asking who server was, what we ordered, or even date of service. Instead, they insulted me. I have both positive and negative reviews of businesses. I'm always honest. In some cases, I've updated reviews when businesses have addressed issues. I wish all businesses well. In this case, based on how they reacted, I don't expect they'll be in business long.

We've visited several times in the last few months, the food has been delicious every time. One of my top favorite places to eat in the Venice area. Great craft beer selections, and you can play some pool while you're there too. I haven't been there in the evenings for the entertainment yet but have heard it's great.

Interesting atmosphere. Part brewery, part restaurant, part karaoke bar. We got there about 30 minutes before the kitchen closed on a Thursday night. The food and service exceeded our expectations. Best burgers we've had in a long time. Only got to try one of their own beers, but it was good enough to make me want to stop by next time I'm in town.
