Hacía mucho tiempo que no iba, tuvimos una muy mala experiencia en la sala # 7, la pantalla quedó en negro, de repente la imagen no se veía nada (sonido todo bien), fueron en 3 ocasiones, las mismas ocasiones que mi hijo y mi marido tuvieron que ir a avisar porque al parecer nadie del personal estaba atento a la cinta. Para la segunda ocasión quisimos irnos pero estaba a media película y dudo que nos fueran a reembolsar el dinero que habíamos gastado.

This theatre seems to be struggling financially. The facility is run down. Service was friendly and high quality. The movie was awesome and our individual theatre was comfortable.

First time going there. The staff were awesome. The popcorn was the best I have had from anywhere. It was not crowded. Bathrooms were clean. We will be going back.

Pro: Fairly priced.
Con: sticky floors. Seats felt dirty. Theater smelled funny. Uncomfortable old-school seats (from the 1990s if I had to guess).

Always love a great movie, but as we were leaving a bunch of teenagers were crowded around the building and in the parking lot.

We were here last year and it was good. Not very clean, but no problems.
Now for today. Went to noon matinee to see “Oppenheimer”. We arrived at 11:45 to get settled in.
At 12:10 no previews or anything.
12:15 I went to front desk to see if there was a problem. Girl said it was going to start now.
12:20 still nothing. Went back to front and a young man said previews should have started, but would get the manager to fix problem. 12:30 nothing.
There was 5 other people in theater, but no one else spoke out.
So we decided to leave and get our money back. Young man told us they would start move at another theater with no previews if we would stay. So we tried that and movie started right away.
But 5 minutes into movie the ceiling lights were still on. We back up front informed them and they turned lights off.
We were there around 4 hours because movie is 3 hours long.
They need to get their jobs in order! And the place is still dirty and in need of new carpeting at least.
Only good news is movie was Great.
Update: just watched “Horizon” here.
Good news- Fantastic movie!
Bad news- theater is still filthy!
Come on guys, clean up. At least do the carpet, please.

I’ve been going to this theater for 20+ years and had the worst experience this past Saturday night. Fire alarm went off 15 mins into the movie, movie came back on but was silent, staff said they would start over in correct spot but didn’t. We asked for a refund for our tickets. One employee tried to argue with my husband. His exact words: “you know how to solve this problem? Don’t come on a Saturday night.” As someone with a job and kids, Saturday is the ideal day. Especially when you’ve paid for a movie and a babysitter. You don’t have to worry about us coming back ever.

Just watched movie in theater #2 and it smelled so bad I almost threw up. Help nose on shirt so I didn’t get sick. Needs a good cleaning or update on inside.
