The staff was courteous and professional. I was able to get in and out rather quickly. They do need to hire more than one person to do trailer inspections at a facility this large but that is a suggestion to HR and corporate not a complaint against the ones doing the job.

Attention Drivers! This is a time trap! You will waste hours of your valuable driving time here before even getting a door! I am here for five hours and no door, even with on time appointment!!! The 1500 it paid for one day transfer has killed my entire driving to dead head out of Florida and get a worthy load on the trailer. The fact that this time trap is in Florida makes it 100% loss to go here with crazy wait times wasted at their property!! See pictures attached where dozen of trucks makes it a truck stop here! Keep out and make money elsewhere instead!

Place is a disaster. I have to drop an empty and bobtail out every Friday. It’s a minimum of a 2 hour wait. They have 1 maybe 2 girls inspecting trailers on the dock. The yard dogs are complete Asholes. It’s a joke of a place. Plan on wasting your clock. I truly dread this on a weekly basis.

If delivering chemical totes here it’s slightly more complex than necessary. Come in Gate 2 marked by the red x. You’ll check in w security and then be directed to an inspection area and finally a door. In my case door 26 which isn’t numbered but easily identifiable by the completely unnecessary cement walls on either side of the door. This dock is identified by the blue dot. Overall it’s a Meh experience. Not horrible but overly complex. Ps this area is for CUATRO products.

This was my first time here. The truck entrance is gate 6. It wasn’t bad dropping/hooking. The slow part is the trailer inspection line. After that it was smooth sailing. Not a bad place to come to.

Very very good experience… had to come and give a review after seeing all the bad… I got checked in quick got inspected in less than 10 minutes and load was ready… I arrived an hour early in and out in an hour… but it was a drop and hook load so idk if that made the difference but definitely will go back

I was trying to deliver a package, but the receiving department was closed for the day. My GPS led me to the wrong gate. A security staff member with the last name Harrison was magnificent! He may have been at the end of his shift, but he took the time to help me exit a difficult area, showed me the way to the appropriate area and followed through to make sure I arrived at the right gate. He was wonderful and I appreciated his assistance.
