One of the hidden treasures in the Colorado mountains. Staff is helpful and friendly, and it is a very interesting space. The gallery itself feels like it could be an exhibit.

Located in the heart of Central City, CO. This quaint little town is just the place to for a quick day trip. Tucked away in the mountains about an hour outside of Denver. The scenic drive through the mountains to get here was probably my favorite part of the trip! The city itself is small but with lots of rustic charm. You can take a free shuttle from Black Hawk or walk the 1.5 miles up to Central City. Spent couple hours walking around. The Gilpin County Arts Association was by far my favorite place we visited. This Art Center is on par with any you'd find in larger cities. Defiantly the highlight of my time spent town.
