Sorta average experience for way to much money. The viewing was acceptable but the seats hurt my back and the movie felt quiet. We got stuck in one of the old "regular theaters". It's probably fine if you're taking your kids but i would rather go to the much nicer theater in my home town.

Pretty good theater. They need more staff, the line was crazy long but i’m not gonna hold it against them. Definitely arrive 15-20 minutes before start time if it’s a new and popular movie. Both the theaters and the bathrooms are always clean. Kind of pricey but that’s where they get their money. They need more than two high schools behind concessions though.

The theater itself is nice. Plenty of parking, lots of theaters. Don't waste your time buying tickets early online because there is now no way to print unless you stand in the concession line. They have removed the machines previously at the front door. Also, while waiting in line with only one, in-no-rush attendant, we missed the beginning of our movie. And this was a matinee, so small crowd. Prepare to get to your movie 30mins early.

Hands down the worst experience at a theater ever. We get there with no one else in line and there are 3 employees standing at one cash register and several others just standing around behind them while we wait in line. We just stand there and watch them for several minutes and then end up late for our movie because of this. We are about to walk into our auditorium and check the sign to make sure we got the right one, and an employee walks up and asks for our tickets to verify and just stands there for several minutes unfolding a piece of paper while I try telling him this is our correct theater. I ask “is there a problem?” And he says no, this is the correct theater. Yes, this is what I tried telling him. This ordeal took several more minutes. People behind us trying to get to their seats were standing there awkwardly waiting to get in. About a minute into the movie we all realize it’s blurry and have to leave the theater to grab 3D glasses they didn’t think to give us, nor were we aware we were going to be watching it in 3D. They didn’t restart it. Someone let their children run and stomp up and down the stairs for the entire duration of the movie-not the theater’s fault but it added to the experience and we both left in an awful mood. The bathrooms also had pee all over the place.

I have never seen a theatre so dirty in my life. Went on 12/01/24). Lobby looked like a rave just finished. It looked like that when we arrived and it looked the same, if not worse, after we got out of our 2.5 hr movie. We had to clean out our seats and cup holders just so we could use them. All the trash cans in theatre, lobby, and restrooms were overflowing. I expect to see some popcorn here and there, but trust me if Im leaving a review its was really really bad. I have never ever seen our theatre like this before. I should have taken photos. Hopefully this was just one of those days for them, but if Im spending over a $100 for a family of 5 to watch a movie then I expect some sort of standards.

There was one nice guy working behind the counter doing everything while the other 3-4 employees stood around looking at their phones.

Hopefully not a sign of where our theatre is headed.

absolutely the best experience I've had at any cinema the two girls at the front the names emily and Addison was absolutely phenomenal in there Work and making it a smooth process. they got us into our movie quickly and all of our food was great no problems whatsoever and just super super nice and respectful. both have very bright futures
