Much nicer than we expected for a small town theater! Very friendly staff and helpful customer service. They seemed like they truly enjoy helping their customers have the best experience. Ample parking and comfortable chairs both in the lobby and in the theater. Sound system will make you jump out of your chair (in a good way), so bring ear plugs if you or your kids are sensitive to loud sounds. Definitely will visit again. Highly Recommended.

We contacted the theater about renting out a room for our autistic kids to watch Moana 2, they got back with us within a couple days with such kindness and compassion. They allowed us to get a private theater room for us and any friends we wanted to bring along for just the regular admission cost. It was an amazing experience for our kids and us. My son got to experience a movie like every other child in an environment that wasn’t hostile or judgmental when he needed to stim. Thank you to the amazing staff that was there tonight as well and helped us through the process and we’re so kind to all our kids. They kept the sound lower than a normal movie and had the lights half on the whole time ! We highly recommend coming to the Brownsburg theater for any movie experience but definitely for any nuerodivergent kiddos !!

What a hidden gem, a very nice, clean theater. The staff were friendly, prices seemed on par with other theaters. Popcorn was fresh and hot. Pepsi products. The theater seats were comfortable. Saw Aliens. Midweek, the theater was reasonably empty.

Came in at 9pm with wrong tickets for a 9pm movie.. Manager instantly fixed me. The Guy who got my soda best Pepsi ever! Movies are usually so expensive now. Great experience ty.

We had a great time watching Top Gun: Maverick. We went to the Sunday afternoon matinee. We ordered reserved seating tickets through the website and received them via email with no issues. Tickets were $9 EA plus a $3 service fee. Tom Cruise did a nice intro thanking those in attendance (sad to see only about 30 people in the theater) and promoted the release on the big screen. That's how we saw the original back in 1986 and agree it's the best experience for this film. A small popcorn and medium drink was $11.23. A bit pricey, but part of the experience, and would seem to be an essential part of the theather's revenue stream, given the limited number of people we saw. I only saw to employees, one at the snack counter, and one doing some work at a desk, but there was no waiting. Our tickets were scanned and printed at the snack counter and we were on our way. Other than a technical glitch just before the start of the movie, which was quickly resolved, everything worked as expected. Great planes, including an unexpected P-51 Mustang! Makes me want to head up to the Oshkosh 2022 air show in July! Hope you can go and enjoy the movie.

I have been here a couples times now and this one was one of the worst. I spent over $120 for a family of four with tickets and food. The fryer must have run into an issue after we ordered because my food took over 30 minutes. I kept having to miss parts of the movie to check on my food, the issue is no one working offered any type of apology, refund or discount, instead they stayed behind the counter talking about getting off work and having some beers. Even the guy that came from the desk, which I take was a Manager did nothing, said nothing, he was just talking with the other workers about drinking after work. The fact I missed parts of the movie for my food and no one apologized or offered anything for missing parts of the movie due to a malfunction to their equipment helps my decision to find another theater. My order was Two Hotdogs, 1 order Jalapeno Poppers, 1 Chicken Tender, 1 French Fries, 1 Small Popcorn, 4 Drinks, a little more than 30 minutes. 11/3/24 12:35pm in case you want to check the footage received good after 1pm.
