THE THEATER WAS GREAT!! I had an amazing time with my family! I can’t believe how kind all the staff was, the temperatures in the theater itself was perfect. Popcorn delish. SUPER cheap! You’re not gonna find a theater in the next 90 miles as affordable and well kept 🩷 the ambiance was impeccable. I 100% recommend you stop in and have a blast! My kids and I will definitely be back for the free kids movies during the summer 🍿🎥!

Had a terrible experience with a family on their phones, coming in and out, etc. The staff acknowledge that they had observed the children coming in and out. I spoke to an employee and they said they would let the manager know. I called back the next day and they said because the manager on duty was in the bathroom when I had asked for the family to be less disruptive there was nothing they could do. The family was in the front row and so he said his staff did not see the family being disruptive. Felt like I was being called a liar and I just asked to come see the same movie again because we missed a lot of it. Literally said they would have done it if the manager had not been using the restroom at the time.

My elderly mother tried looking online today for movie times for this coming Friday & Saturday. Her and her friend are wanting to go see Wicked. She couldn't find anything listed so she decided to call the theater directly. A young man answered and when she asked him his response was "well let me look that up for you like you could have done yourself". She was a little taken aback and explained that she did try to look it up but couldn't find any times listed. He then stated "oh yeah well that's right we don't post those times until Tuesday". We have been going to this theater for 30+ years. This kind of customer service is really unacceptable. It's one thing to think something and another to say it out loud. Moving forward, if this is the kind of service standard that GQT employs, I guess we'll have to consider driving to Traverse City or Grand Rapids to enjoy the cinema.

Just saw gladiator two in this theater and I was NOT impressed with the staff. The staff kept coming in and out the theater standing in the back. They were being very very distracting and disruptive. There was at one point where one of the staff sat right behind me in the theater I was super uncomfortable during this whole movie. Besides all of that good ticket price's. 🥰

Disappointed! A Saturday night over a dozen people in the lobby that already paid.. it's 625 pm. My son and I having time together .movie theatre popcorn, pop and a candy to come.... $17 for tickets, I handed the clerk the only form of payment I had..a $100 bill. I was asked to go down the road to the store and break the bill. And come back.... what? I would have needed up spending another 30 on concessions... I won't be back totally disappointed that on a weekend they were not prepared ....get it together Cadillac 4 !

Just stopped in for popcorn and to play the guaranteed claw machine since it was out of order when we watched our most recent movie. My son put his 3$ in and we all played for AN HOUR barely moving anything. It is set to let go just like every other claw machine I've ever played. My daughter was getting extremely impatient so brother shared his turns and I tried myself. At the hour mark I ask what the catch is (the look on the employees face saying it all) and he says "there's no catch, what do you mean?" I ask how long is a reasonable time to play to get a toy being that it says GAURANTEED WIN EVERY TIME. He shrugs and says "10 minutes?" I reply (and he knows because he's been here the entire time) that we've been playing for an hour! He agrees to open the machine and get him a toy. I turn around and my son just then got a toy so I asked him to just get my daughter a toy (I paid for it) as I'm not playing this game or standing in this business for ANOTHER HOUR! This was absolutely obnoxious and unacceptable. By the way about 20 minutes prior to finally leaving all I could smell was burnt popcorn so between the smell and the scam I didn't buy my popcorn that of been looking forward to all day either. Very disappointing experience from our Cadillac Theater!

No wait in line, theater wasn't packed, popcorn was fresh, employees were upbeat and friendly, theater was clean. It was a good time with no complaints!

They knew the sound in theater 1 was wonky and they sold tickets anyway. Restarted the movie 4x then gave up and refunded everyone. The popcorn was so salty it burned my tongue, but almost no butter.
