I haven't been to this theatre in years, used to come all the time as a kid. Firstly I bought 3 tickets, but one of my siblings couldn't make it, and I couldn't get a refund on the single ticket, either a raincheck or a full total refund for all of our tickets. The drink price was insane, almost $16 for two drinks. I was not prepared for how terrible the seats looked. I wish I had brought a blanket or something to lay on the seats, because they were appalling. Every single row had torn up seats, and the seat that I had actually purchased for my brother was almost completely bald(first pic, seat on the right) my footrest was also crooked when I reclined my seat.
The movie was good and the staff were kind, mostly just polite kids. One girl came to clean the theatre as soon as the movie was over. This theatre just needs a serious upgrade. Although the leather didn't actively peel and stick to my clothing, it was still very uncomfortable to sit on. All I could think was how this fabric can no longer really be cleaned and it's just collecting everything from everyone who sits on it.

I feel like I have heard for two years that this place is replacing the awful peeling seats. I come back every now and then and am reminded why I don’t come here. I went last weekend and noticed they had put a velour towel over the back of the seat to cover up the peeling. It’s absolutely shameful. They are a couple dollars cheaper than AMC but it’s really not worth it to deal with how tired this theatre is. The employees are very nice but there is literally nothing else they can do to help this place until the ownership decides to put money into it.

EDIT: replying to the theatre’s reply, the seats function in the way that you can sit in them and they move up and down, however they feel gross against your arms as the peeling surface flakes off all over your skin and clothing. They aren’t routinely cleaned. Between the uncleanliness of the seats that are beyond their functional life, and the peeling nature of them, they feel sticky and disgusting. So yeah, you can sit in them, but it’s not pleasant.

Haven't been to Kraft 8 in a few years, since the remold of the current. "Stay away" is all I can say!! The lobby and staff are good but the seats
and theaters are absolutely discussing !! Go to Birchwood in the mall With no issue, Thanks for listening to me, but the truth sucks sometimes!!!

will never be back. The cup holders were gross and dirty. The seats are falling apart. I would have left but had already spent $60 on tickets and food.

Go to Sperrys or AMC instead. The place is filthy, musty and all the seats are ripped to shreds. We left our coats on. Immediately threw them into the wash. They are not able to be cleaned. The employees are really nice though.

I love this theatre, it is the best place around for a movie night, i just wish they would redo the giant parking lot, it looks like it could at least use some paint. Friendly and professional staff, fair priced and the place is clean, the restrooms were clean as well. Comfortable seats.

Movie was great seats were not. They are falling apart the fake leather has peeled off and since you pick your seats before you see them you can't move to another seat or choose a different row. Place has really gone downhill.

Worst seats ever. Peeling and had grease stains on the head area. Looked like a wolf was let out in the cinema. The seats were completely torn and peeling. The cupholders were brown and disgusting. Almost sat on the floor instead of the seats…
