Last Sunday we rented out a theater room for a private birthday party movie showing. Staff was amazing and both managers were great to work with. They made adjustments to accommodate our gathering and we really appreciate all they did to make his birthday a great one! We will be having more birthday here for sure! Thank you again!

The movie room was clean, nice, and comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom needs a lot of attention in a bad way.

I recently took my family to this theater after not having been there for a while. The theater is not super close to where we live. So it didn't really occur to me to be a good choice. But recently when I was searching for theaters. They were playing a movie that my family wanted to see. This one had the right time so I went back and this theater is still amazing. It is remodeled and current. The prices and the times are much more convenient and reasonable than other theaters. I have already told enough people in my circle to make it worth my time to leave a review to share that this theater is probably the best theater in the peoria area.

The girl working towards the end of the concession stand tonight around 5:40pm nearest to Auditorium 7 had a very ugly look on her face when I approached her. She’s was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude towards me the whole time when ordering my food and drinks.

I loved coming to this theater and one night checking their website I see a movie piece by piece is playing at 9pm and so my friend and I drive there and instead of telling us oh we don't have shows playing, sorry. Or being polite, this big dude with a half grown beard was really rude. He said "what do you guys want? Why are you guys here?" Extremely unprofessional. I never had a problem with this theater but for some reason that big dude was so rude. The website needs some updating and that dude needs to have better days.

Hadn't been to a movie in years. Staff was efficient the price wasn't as bad as I expected. I think it's something I am going to start integrating back in my things to do.

Ok me and my family went to see venom the movie. Everything was ok, but when i got my tickets and popcorn for my kids, I wanted to pay for it though goggle pay right, it got declined 2 times right, they was nothing wrong whit my card or anything it was there reader that was down, I had to brake a $100 for no reason, and the young lady was not helpful ether, I told her this was the first time using goggle pay, you would think she could have helped me or it least get someone that could, no experience they need someone that could help customers out when they don't know how to pay on there phone. !!!!!, and I went to wallgreens after the movie, goggle pay work fine there, and they was a young lady that help me there to pay. Not like this young lady at the movie theater, she just looked at me and not saying anything just staring at me. !!!!! Willow Knolls, needs to train there people that work from them that if someone needs help pay though the phone or any other way, it's call being nice also!!!!!!!
