I have been in the facility several times in the last few years, primarily Jury Duty related. Building and facilities seemed well maintained and clean. Handicap accessible and parking. The staff and Court Officials were generally professional, helpful and considerate. Plenty of off street parking. Other county offices are also in the immediate vicinity, including the Sheriff's Office and Jail, the DMV, and Health and Human Services.

I went in the other day to renew my license. After waiting for them to get back from lunch, I waited about another 20 minutes in line… The first lady I talked to kindly told me she didn’t handle licenses and that I would have to speak with the lady directly to her right. I had to wait another 10 minutes in line to speak to the correct employee only for her to tell me they didn’t offer license services anymore and I would have to schedule an appointment with another DMV in Denver. I followed the link she provided, paid $30 to schedule an appointment, and never received an appointment time. Turns out the link she gave me just renewed my license, sent it to my old mailing address (which I never gave them), charged me $30, and then disabled my credit card which I am now dealing with. There is clearly a lack of communication between employees who have no value for any of their customers time. The atmosphere is completely unwelcoming. Don’t expect basic explanation or communication for how any of their services work. This place and these people are terrible.

Came to the Grand County admin building (in case anyone else is confused, yes, it’s this address) to get my car registered, mid-morning on a Wednesday, was seen promptly. First was directed around the corner to get a VIN inspection at the Sheriff’s office since my vehicle’s from out of state, which just took a few minutes. Came back & quickly got in and out with new plates in hand. Gentleman was super kind, the whole process was a breeze! I needed my title, CO insurance, CO drivers license, and marriage certificate to match my old/new names.

Had to visit the DMV today and I have to say it was a pleasant experience! Super nice gentleman at the window (I can't remember his name but he had on a fantastic shirt with flamingos on it!) was fast and knowledgeable! It took me a whole 5 minutes to renew my plates.

This place is absolutely atrocious. The DMV services are terrible, the employees lack professionalism, knowledge, and communication. Do NOT go here for any sort of license services, as they apparently don’t even offer it anymore, but will make you wait hours in their waiting room before they even communicate that with you.

I've been offered different information every time there. I even call before leaving to be sure I have EVERYTHING needed only to learn once there something else is needed. There is no accountability and it seems as if they make it up as they go along. Who is in charge and why aren't they held accountable? Tax payers deserve better.

Went in today to help my sister get an ID card. The staff inside of this government building are unprofessional, uninformed & extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go here for anything. It's really sad that adults way older than me treat people like that.
