Didn’t want to post this! Called for an appointment and they got my dog in right away, (which I appreciated). The entire visit was a nightmare. From the vet tech to the vet! Called back a few days later to actually speak to the vet, I had legitimate questions and concerns about my dog! I received and auto generated email! I called back again. The vet still has not returned my call and my dog isn’t any better! But I can’t speak to the vet! Avoid this place!

We had to put our 16 year old mutt down today. They made this easier than I could have imagined or have wanted. They were kind, compassionate, caring and human. I was able to hold him the whole time in my lap. They got on the floor with me to take care of him. He was too big for me to sit in a chair with him. They gave him a couple snacks and even did footprints for me. Again if it is time and you don’t want to but you know you have too. I would use this vet.
Thank y’all so much

This is my first time here and I am very thankful they were able to get my French Bulldog in as quickly as they did as my vet did not have an appointment available. My Juli had a situation over the weekend that I knew needed medical attention but was not severe enough to go to an emergency vet. The staff, vet techs and Dr. Jessica Tolliver were all wonderful this morning listening to what had occurred over the weekend. I do apologize to them for my Juli being so "talkative" this morning, but also thank you for being kind to my Coco who came along for moral support of her sister. Thank you all for putting this fur baby moma at ease and helping my sweet girl. I highly recommend this clinic. Just a few candid photos of my girls this morning. They love waiting to see who is coming in to see them and Juli loves eaves dropping to see if she can hear what they are saying about her and if she has any "bugs". Thanks again!!!

We got our petite goldendoodle just over a year ago. This was the first pet we've had and I didn't have any friends with puppies to recommend a vet. I turned to google reviews and decided to give Grayson Vet a try. What a great decision! They have taken excellent care of our puppy and he gets sooo excited every time he sees the vet. I mean, he's a goldendoodle so he loves everyone...lol. But there's a level of comfort that he has with her. This is also our go-to boarding location when we take trips. I would definitely recommend!

We came there for emergency c-section on Labor Day for our Frenchie. They did a good job, I would highly recommend them to other pet owners. Thank you for doing a good job on my baby girl. We had 6 healthy puppies!

I took my fur baby, who had been a part of my family for 15 years, to this horrible place to help him "peacefully" cross over, as he had been ill for a while. I called to inquire about pricing and was given a certain quote. When I arrived for the appointment, the young woman who checked us in confirmed the price—not once, but twice. A few minutes later, we went into the room to wait for the vet.

When the doctor came in, he didn’t ask who we were or even acknowledge our fur baby. He immediately began shaving his paw and administering the injection. Our fur baby screamed in pain, and I saw blood going into the syringe (which is not supposed to happen). He was bleeding. The doctor then said, "Let me go get something to sedate him" before trying the shot again. This should have been done before the first attempt. Our fur baby crossed over in pain.

After the final shot, the doctor listened to him and told us he would give us a few minutes and return. Nearly 40 minutes later, I asked another staff member if they could check for a heartbeat and confirm if he had passed. This person went to ask the doctor to come back in, and when the doctor returned, he said, "Oh, I didn’t know y’all were still here." Why wouldn’t we be? No one told us that he had passed, so we were waiting for confirmation.

To top it off, the next day we received a call saying we owed more money. This place is awful. The office manager clearly doesn't train the staff on what should be addressed during appointments. The doctor was inhumane to our poor fur baby, even calling him a "her" despite us correcting him. If you are faced with this difficult decision for your fur baby, please do not take them to this place. They will not have a peaceful crossing.

Reply: No ONE ever discussed aftercare options; communal cremation vs. private cremation. The young lady upfront said it's $67.00 for the service. That's it. I had to tell her what we wanted for our fur baby. I only spoke to the "Office Manager" on the phone, and I never cussed. I NEVER talked to the doctor on the phone. Wrong person. The "office manager" must be in charge of replying to this post.
