I would be careful about this place. The scenery is gorgeous but the staff gave me fake sorority/MLM vibes, if you know what I mean. If that's your vibe, go right on in. The staff person who greeted me there kept emphasizing "tickets are 20 dollars" and only welcomed me in when she thought I came from lots of money. She did that tactic they do at companies where they shove their products at you (in my case, a menu and ad for upcoming seasonal events at the ampitheatre). Their menu had a typo and the staff were nervously laughing and kept saying, "I appreciate you, thank you" to each other in that weird passive aggressive way when someone is not doing well. I think they needed the wine more than I did. At least the music was good. It felt like when I worked in various places that prioritized money over quality. I think they're money hungry. I hope by now they're doing okay. Some photos attached I took on my walk there.

Horrible experience last night at the concert. Chair height changed from last year!!! We bought the chairs they recommended last year and were told we couldn’t use them this year! As we looked around many people had “illegal chairs” I guess it’s who you know! Which brings me to the horrible treatment by the staff! Being an older couple it’s difficult to sit on the ground, but we bought the tickets and wanted to see the concert! We asked if we could go get a grocery bag out of our car to sit on and the young girl working the entrance was very rude and said a rule is a rule.....NO Re-entering! After begging for several minutes a security guard overhearing our plea said he would walk my husband to the car to get them... Pretty sad they would rather take their role and treat paying customers so badly instead of understanding and helping us out! They are not disability friendly! No railings on the entrance stairs! A lot of smokers throwing their cigarettes on the ground! If smoking aloud they should have a designated area with a place to throw the cigarettes! Very disappointed in the evening! Pretty hard to enjoy a date night with my husband after the horrible treatment!! BTW we stood in the back by the fence which is held together with zip ties! Very dangerous to lean on! I’m pretty sure prisoners get treated better! I’m still in disbelief how horrible they treat paying customers!
