Viví allí 1 año y no me quedaron mas ganas ya que sentí el constante racismo de la oficina. Nosotros no fumamos ni bebemos ni hacíamos fiesta y ellos estaban constantemente revisando el apartamento con cualquier excusa, entraban de pronto si querían molestando nuestra intimidad los del mantenimiento siempre estaban pasando en el carrito con la mirada fija en nuestras ventanas en verdad no se porque el apartamento lo entregamos intacto y jamás nos retrasamos en pago. Lo último fue que la mánager me paso una carta que iba a mostrar el apartamento para alquilarlo de nuevo porque nosotros no renovamos y se molestó porque le dije que no, que yo pagaba por mi intimidad que lo mostrará después que me fuera. Más nunca volvería a vivir allí son unos necios aunq sea 1 vez por semana tocaban mi puerta o los encontraba adentro

My husband and I lived at Gulf Gate Apartments for exactly 1 year. We would have continued living here longer- the only reason we left was because we were fortunate enough to buy a home. Melanie in the front office is a gem of a person. I have lived in apartments for 10 years across 3 cities and she is by far the best apartment staff I've ever known. She is kind, prompt, caring, and personable. Maintenance concerns are taken care of next business day and everything is always clean and orderly. The community is quiet and friendly. To us, Gulf Gate Apartments was truly a diamond in Sarasota.

Nothing but great things to say! We are moving in at the end of July, we can't wait! Melanie and Sarah have been amazing with us. Very patient and kind. The buildings are clean and well equipped--the gym is going to be our favorite amenity! Lots a great new work-out equipment! But, the BEST part is the price. We have been struggling to find a 2-bedroom in Sarasota within our budget, and Gulf Gate gave us just that! We are SO HAPPY we didn't have to downsize!

I love calling Gulf Gate Apartments my Home. Been a resident here for the second time for about 8 years and I love being here. The office staff is always courteous and helpful and the maintenance staff works so hard and deligent inspite of the challenges they have with picking up thrash left on the grounds by irresponsible people.They do however, do a good job in maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas. Thank you all for the excellent job that each of you do. GS

Just an awesome experience moving here. From the first time I called, Melanie and Sarah have been nothing short of kind, patient and very helpful. These are true professionals! The apartment itself is even bigger than expected and the grounds and pool areas are always clean and very well kept. Every staff member meets you with a smile and a hello.....so happy I moved here. Highly recommended!

Several years ago we moved our sons to Sarasota for work. We checked numerous apartments and ultimately selected Gulf Gate Apartments for their new home. The apartments are older but the facility is neat and clean. The office staff were very professional and the complex has several amenities (swimming pool, weight room, pool table, etc.) for residents and their guests. We have been pleased when we visit our children. The complex is conveniently located to most of what Sarasota and Siesta Key have to offer. We would definitely consider moving to Gulf Gate if we decide to move to Sarasota.
