I was very satisfied. The facility is very clean. The staff was amazing. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me. This was my 1st dog purchase so they made this process easier for me. I also like all the information they had available for my dog too.Thank you to all the staff who helped me!

I have purchased more than one dog here, one as a gift on 8/9 /2023 who came from an amazing breeder, and the puppy was almost house trained. It's already a great temperament and loves to make friends with everyone! The staff provided all her information to us for a smooth transition home . She a bernadoodle with the straight hair, the staff is always friendly and informative , they purchase the puppies from responsible breeders and they engage them and they provide all the nessary documentation as well as a starter bag to get you and your new family member off to a good start. We purchased an english bulldog 9/19/24 name, which was pickles, but now she goes by Luna Moon, and she is an amazing, happy puppy ! Vet checked after purchased at Coyne Vet and is in very good health and at 20lbs !! 12 weeks old. Happiness is pets is very recommended.

I loved this cute store! Happiness is truly a pet (new family member). I was familiar with them in Illinois and was very happy to see them located now here in Indiana. Us Hoosiers welcome you!!! Ericka was very kind and professional, and she was able to answer all of my questions. All of the puppies looked so happy, and very well loved and cared for. I would definitely recommend them just based on the quality and beautiful breeds. They show so much love and care to your new potential family member. Some of the puppies looked like they were actually smiling! They have everything you need and more! They are located in the strip mall with Stracks, Walmart & Five Guys, Verizon & Baker’s Square. If you have extra blankets, newspaper, or towels please feel free to donate! You can also purchase while you are right next door and drop them off. The puppies will be very appreciative!

All the dogs here are incredibly cute, and we wish we could have taken them all home! In the end, we were lucky to give one a forever home. We are so grateful to the amazing staff for being friendly, accommodating, and allowing us to spend time with the animals to find the perfect addition to our family

The staff was very friendly and patient with us. We went to see our puppy three times before we took her home. They were very accommodating every time. While she was quite expensive, they did provide a very nice assortment of gifts to take home for her.
