I got my long haired cat, Aberdeen, groomed at happy cat hotel, she had pretty severe matting from her last home and Andrea did an amazing job taking care of her. I'm seriously so impressed with the difference in her coat. Aberdeen also got some beautiful hot pink nail caps! The facility is beautiful and so so clean. I highly highly recommend coming here for all your kitty needs!!

Both my cats and I had such a wonderful experience with Happy Cat Hotel! I have two kittens and was anxious about leaving them for a week while away. I visited a few cat boarding facilities and was not impressed. After learning about Happy Cat Hotel, I was so pleasantly surprised with the facility and care they offer. I was able to drop my cats off, get them aquatinted with the room they would be staying in and speak with staff about their particular needs and personalities. All the staff were AMAZING, so patient, kind and understanding that it was not easy for me to leave the fur babies. I received daily updates with photos of the play time and enrichment my kittens received which definitely reinforced they were in great care! I will definitely be utilizing them again next time I travel, knowing it provides peace of mind for myself and a happy little vacation stay for my kittens. I would highly recommend to anyone who is a cat parent!

I own 2 exotic cats from Thailand who are now 5 years old. We have been having them stay at The Happy Cat Hotel since they were 3 years old whenever we would go on vacation which was usually a few times a year. We have been in both of the facilities: East Windsor and East Granby. Both facilities are excellent. We like East Granby best because it is close to the airport and we can easily get our cats when we come off the plane if we plan our flights correctly. Plus, I like the cat rooms better in East Granby because they are a little more spacious and it is in a very quiet area of town.
I have only positive and amazing things to say about this place.
The owner Meg is 100% accommodating and gets actively involved with each of the cats that are staying. The people that work there are just awesome! They spend time with our cats, Milo and Lily and will play with them and give them time to explore outside of the room so that they can have some "outside" room time. I get updates and photos so that I can see how well they are adjusting and interacting. This is the BEST place by far to have your cat stay when you need a safe, caring, clean and spacious place! I cannot thank the people enough when I come to pick up the cats and they are in excellent condition just the way I left them. 5 stars in just not enough!

Our cats have stayed at the Happy Cat Hotel twice now and both experiences have been great! It was fantastic to get daily updates and photos while not having to worry about having a pet sitter come to our home like in the past. They were very well taken care of, and our normally anxious boy didn't even want to leave when we came to pick him up!

I’ve used Happy Cat Hotel multiple times for grooming and every single time my cats are perfect!! I feel like I’m leaving my cats with some of the greatest people who go above and beyond to make my babies comfortable and beautiful! I would recommend happy cat to anyone!

What a wonderful caring place to leave your cat! We left Cooper here for 3 weeks while we were moving in to a new house. He was so happy. Summer and Kristi gave him exceptional care. Everyday he had enrichment time with lots of opportunity for exercise and fun. He had a wonderful clean room with a window and plenty of shelves to climb on. It was such a relief knowing he was happy and well cared for while we were busy moving. The best experience ever and we will certainly use their services again in the future Thanks Summer, Kristi and staff!!

I cannot say enough great things about Happy Cat Hotel. They are so responsive and understanding to your cat’s needs that it has kind of blown me away. I have always had someone come to my house to take care of my cat, but now that she is a relatively newly diagnosed diabetic who needs insulin…I have been so nervous about going away as a result. Those worries were put at ease from the very first time I spoke to the folks here. They ask questions, reassure, and make sure your cat has the best experience possible.

Izzy is not only a diabetic, but she’s very nervous (and a difficult eater ?), and I know she is in the best hands here. She has spent a weekend at Happy Cat Hotel Windsor, another here in East Granby, and will be spending a full week here in just a couple days. Definitely book with them if you are looking for a stress free caretaker for your kitty!

Happy Cat is awesome! Highly recommend. They sent me daily pix and a nice message although it went to my junk mail at first so check that. Even gave Kiki medicine twice daily. Very clean and nice, and i was able to have a good vacation without worrying about my cat!
