Pleasant environment. Clean. Was able to find $ and hours online. Surprised to know I had to pay for parking $3 and they didn't take credit cards at the ticket booth. Thankfully I had enough cash. ATM charge is $3.50.

Lovely little county fair, can walk through in 30 minutes if not crowed, we went midday. More rides than usual at a county event with a great variety. Food looks great: fried cheese curds, roasted corn, and the usual fair food. They were holding the Miss Kindergarten pageant while we were there and the building was packed, too cute to see so many dads carrying in bouquets for their little girls. Some chickens and rabbits, didn't see any other animals.
Cost $3 to park and $6 entrance fee for adult. No senior discounts.

The prices are what you expect of a fair. Lines were not that bad on a weekday. We brought a lot of kids so it was worth it to go on Wednesday to be able to get bogo on the wristbands.

We have been to these grounds every year for the past five in a row. We come for the Hardee County Annual Swine Showdown.

The arena is large and well designed to accommodate a lot of people, animals, and trucks to transport them all.

My biggest complaint here is that the restrooms are rarely clean or completely stocked. Our first year here there was no toilet paper all day. This year there is no soap in the men’s room. Plus the vanity tops are filthy and the day is just beginning.

Otherwise, these are decent grounds and the hosts are accommodating.

A few years ago we attended the Passion Play at the fair grounds it fantastic, But show tonight was very poorly done we were disappointed an won't be attending any future events there
